'A leader without loyalists among the people he/she leads is a frustrated leader ' affect more lives secretly than openly. Timothy had to be an example in six areas -" in words, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith and in purity" ( 1 Timothy 4:12)
1. IN WORDS:- be an example in the word of God. Search the scripture regularly to know the word and try practicing it: " study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needed not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth", 2 Timothy 2:15
2. IN CONVERSATION:- we have to be an example to the people we lead not only in conversation but in our lifestyle.
3. IN CHARITY:- not in conditional love but in agape love which says, I love you just the way you are, unconditionally
4. IN SPIRIT:- let the spirit in which you do things be an example. Not that, I am doing this because I have to, but I am doing this because I love God, and I am obeying Him.
5. IN FAITH:- have an unshakable faith
6. IN PURITY:- this is related to lifestyle too. Purity doesn't only refer to chastity, but it also refer to what you do or say should be pure and above reproach. People should be able to see that you are living purely for God.

Followers become loyal to leaders when they are sure of the leaders' credibility to lead them. The leader should be a person his members can trust. Your subordinates should know that you are the person whom you claim to be. They have to be fully convinced beyond reasonable doubt about your true character.

This is for all our officers from various companies to know and evaluate themselves 🙏🙏🙏
