INTRODUCTION
Integrity is one of the most important virtues for a successful and honourable life. It is the foundation of trust, good character, and lasting success. The Bible makes it clear that integrity does not just affect our reputation—it guides our lives.
MEANING OF INTEGRITY
Integrity means:
Being honest and truthful
Doing the right thing even when no one is watching
Having a consistent character—the same in public and in private
Standing for what is right, even when it is difficult
A person of integrity is whole, undivided, and sincere.
EXPLANATION OF PROVERBS 11:3
This verse shows a clear contrast between two kinds of people:
1. The Upright
Their integrity guides them
They make wise decisions
They enjoy peace, trust, and God’favouror
2. The Transgressors
Their lack of integrity destroys them
Dishonesty leads to shame, loss, and failure
Short-term gain ends in long-term damage
👉 In simple terms:
Integrity leads to direction and safety; dishonesty leads to destruction.
IMPORTANCE OF INTEGRITY
Integrity earns trust – People believe and rely on you
Integrity brings divine guidance – God directs the upright
Integrity protects your future – Lies may work today but destroy tomorrow
Integrity gives inner peace – A clean conscience is priceless
BIBLICAL EXAMPLES

CONCLUSION
Integrity is not optional for a believer—it is essential. According to Proverbs 11:3, integrity is a guide, while dishonesty is a destroyer. When we choose integrity, we choose life, peace, and God’s direction.
