Mission is a lot.

The other day, a friend told me, “Stop posing as if it’s only missionaries that are working.” And I understood the point — God is raising labourers in every sphere, and the Kingdom is moving through many hands.

As a missionary wife, I will never must downplay what missionaries truly carry.

Missionaries go a whole lot to reach the unreached people groups. They cross language barriers, step into underserved communities, and stay where comfort is absent. They patiently break down the Word precept upon precept until understanding comes. Beyond preaching, there is sacrifice — the weight of logistics, the demands of welfare, the cost of remaining on the field when support is limited and the terrain is tough.

Yesterday was a fresh reminder.

Day 2 at Klikame Village was a gathering of grace. Four villages came together in one place — Djekotoe, Heve, Djeyi, and Klikame. About 400 people gathered last night, and 69 precious souls surrendered their lives to Christ.

This is why we go. This is why we stay. This is why we must not grow weary.

So I’m calling on you today: please continue to pray for missionaries on the field. Support missions with your resources. Speak about the work. Partner with the at Hope Awake Outreach Ministry bcause the unreached are waiting… and the labourers need strength.

The harvest is truly plenty.
