glory of the LORD in power.

Isaiah 42:8
"I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images."

The LORD will take His perfect glory, and He will declare His work that He is God. When He is the one that declare that a man should wait for Him ,at that moment He has His will and He has what to do to take away the shame of His servant , He has not called anybody to put them to shame ,but rather to declare Himself in glory that He is God and that He is able to do all things, what men have said it is not possible, He the LORD do it and He will receive His perfect glory that men may know that He is God.
When God says His glory will He not give to another , it means He will not give a mortal man the chance to glory over His son's, He will not allow someone else to come and say they are while the LORD is the all in all, He will not allow His sons to be put to shame, He will make them to enjoy His goodness, they will know no sorrow, and He will take away their pain, He will ensure that they are at good condition to always praise Him.
Every time the Israelites are in need, they call upon Him and He answer them and provide all that they need as a righteous Father, because they are His chosen generation, He called them out that they do His will, keep His commandments and keep His statutes which He has given to them that they should all come to serve Him in His tabernacle of glory; therefore as they keep serving Him and they keep looking up to Him as their Father; He will show up for them in the way they least expect it that He could do it through, He will bring up His goodness when men has thought that there is no more way for them , He will glorify Himself to be God , because He has said His glory will He not give to another, neither His praise to graven images, therefore He will do amazing things that will hear their testimony to join them to serve the LORD when they have heard their testimony; for God will always build up a testimony for those that serve Him that all glory might be returned to Him at the end of it all, He will manifest Himself in glory, He will do it the big way that men may say He is amazing , that men may say that there is no other god like Him that can do all what He do, because He is the I am that I am that will not share His glory with another, nor His praise with any grave image.

conscious of Gods judgement.

Romans 2:12
"When the Gentiles sin,they will be destroyed,even though they never had God's written law. And the Jews,who do have Gods law,will be judged by that law when they fail to obey it." (NLT)

This is to all of us that believed in Christ Jesus,and are saved through His grace by faith in Him. That we should be conscious of our doings before God,because God will bring every of our work to judgment. Let us be conscious of Gods judgment,and know that even the grace that we have of Him is not the liberty to sin, the scripture says, "For God does not show favoritism" (Romans 2:11 NLT)
One thing did God desire from us, that we should know Him and do His will accordingly. Following what He has laid down for us as guidelines for us to follow to win the crown.

The scripture says, "For merely listening to the law doesn't make us right with God. It is obeying the law that makes us right in His sight" (Romans 12:13. NLT)
That is all that God require from us as a believer, obedience to His will, resting in the arm of the LORD that He is able to Guide our movement. the truth is that many a times as believers we may fall out of His will for our life, but do not let us relent in pursuing Him, for in Him only is peace.

One scripture that makes me to dread God more, what He says through the mouth of prophet Jeremiah, "But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me,that I am the LORD which exercise loving kindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth:for in this things I delight, saith the LORD." (Jeremiah 9:24)
I pray that God will give us the grace and ability to obey His word for our life In Jesus Name. Amen
Pray for mercy and forgiveness. (Read psalms 130)

Proverbs 12:24
" The hand of the diligent shall bear rule: but the slothful shall be under tribute."
"Work hard,and you will be a leader, be lazy,and you will end a slave.(CEV)

The Kingdom of God suffereth violence,and the violent have taken it by force. To inherit the Kingdom of God,you have to be diligent in every area of your life, knowing fully well that you are a servant working to be transformed into a King that will rule in eternity with your heavenly Father; Therefore you must not be slothful in the business,you must be diligent following the Lamb wither soever He goeth.
Now the scripture says, " Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the Kingdom of God?Be not deceived neither fornicators,nor Idolaters,nor adulterers,nor effeminate,nor abusers of themselves with mankind."(1Corinthians 6:9)

Know this now that every person that will inherit the kingdom of God will bear rule in their hand,it is a place were every instruction of the Master is carried out without wavering. It i s the place where you obey the last command of your Master. Now tell me, is it possible that you become a ruler, if you do not obey diligently as a servant?definitely you will remain a servant;that was why the scripture says, "The hand of the diligent shall bear rule:but the slothful shall be under tribute" every servant that is slothful, not working diligently will definitely not partake in the Kingdom of the Father; many has because of what they will eat and what they will drink and become a slave to the things that are supposed to be serving them.
The scripture saith, " He that is despised,and hath a servant,is better than he that honoureth himself,and lacketh bread."(proverbs 12:9) Do not honour yourself and lack the bread of Life. JESUS is the bread of LIFE. He is the only one that can feed you properly with the everlasting bread. What is the essence of being honoured on earth, and in eternity you become a slave?

Psalms 16:8
I have set the LORD always before me:because he is at my right hand,I shall not be moved."

Every believer that do not set the LORD always before himself will secretly worship idol. Every believer that do not understand the ways of God will fall, that is why He is to be at the centre of your life. Nothing should be done out of Him, All glory be attached to Him,not to man. For every perfect work that is done on earth, has been perfected by Christ Jesus on the cross of Calvary,It is just for man to obey instructions, and he will see the manifestation of the glory of God that has been perfectly done in Christ.
The word Christ, means the anointed one, so every persons that carries anointing, is carrying Christ,and nothing should be done out of Christ, for in Christ is all things. That was why King David said, "I have set the LORD always before me" Christ Jesus should be the model after which you do all things, you should follow His steps strictly, that is setting the LORD always before you. You are just there with the high consciousness of His person in your Mind.

King David said, "Because He is at my right hand, I shall not be moved." Now this is the question, where have you place Christ? The truth about Christianity is that Christ should be at the centre of all that we do, immediately you fail to place Christ at the right hand of your life, which depicts that He is your first and last "such believer will quickly fall into iniquity which can easily lead to destruction.
To set the LORD always before you, what do you do? The scripture says, "LORD, thou hast heard the desire of the humble:thou wilt prepare their heart thou wilt cause thine ear to hear" (psalms 10:17) The simplicity of the whole scripture is that, the LORD resist the proud, and raise the humble in heart, you have to always humble yourself before the LORD, to know His will,and to do them at all time, Then you are giving glory to God in all things. For unto Him be all power and Might. Understanding this fact will make you not to be moved, as king David said, "I shall not be moved"

Here are some facts about the Celestial Church of Christ, one of the oldest and respected churches in Nigeria.

The church

Celestial Church of Christ is a spiritual church which was established on the 29th of September 1947 in Porto Novo, Republic of Benin through the founder of the Church, the Late Reverend, Pastor, Prophet, Founder Samuel Bilehou Joseph Oshoffa.

The Divine Order

According to the church, the founder, Prophet Oshoffa was called by God on the day of total Eclipse of the sun in West Africa, when he was in the forest of Dahomey (now Republic of Benin), to purchase Ebony wood being a carpenter and timber trader.

He was said to be in the wilderness for forty days and forty nights.

The Spiritual Message

The church also claimed that during prayer on the 19th September 1947, a winged angel brought word from God to the founder as follows:

“It is the wish of God to send you on an errand of preaching into the World. Many nominal Christians there who were confronted by difficulties and problems of this world.

They run after fe**sh priests and other power of darkness for all kinds of assistance. Consequently, on their death, they cannot see Christ because, by their action, Satan has left his spiritual mark on them.

To assist you in in your work so that men may listen to the fact that God has sent you.”

The name of the Church

The name of the Church “Celestial Church of Christ” was revealed by the Holy Spirit through a prophet who was held in trance for seven days.

The Tenets and Mode of Worship of the Church

Ordained by the Holy Spirit. The rules and regulations written in the booklet of “Tents and Admission into the membership of Celestial Church of Christ.”

Mode of worship includes the setting of the Altar, and the seat therein, the number of candles used for various types of services and the seating arrangement in particular,

it should be noted that the seating arrangements was revealed through a Prophetess who under the influence of the Holy Spirit in the wilderness on Friday 5th of October, 1947, sketched the seating arrangement using oranges.

The Service of the Church

Revealed through the Holy Spirit as promised by our Lord Jesus Christ (John 14:25-26)

There is an order of service laid down in the Celestial Church of Christ for different occasions such as Marriage, Funeral, Naming Ceremony, Mass in Remembrance of the dead, etc.

The order for the respective occasion is strictly as revealed by the Holy Spirit and as set out in the booklet titled “Order of Service”.

Holy Rites or Sacraments

There are a number of Holy Rites or sacrament within the form of worship in Celestial Church of Christ utmost importance.

These rites or sacraments: Baptism, Holy Communion, Annual Washing of Feet, Annual Pilgrimage to Imeko, Ogun state, Nigeria at Christmas Eve, Annual Harvest Thanksgiving Service, and Holy Mary’s Day.

Membership

All persons who earnestly, sincerely desire to be saved looking for salvation and therefore accept Jesus Christ as the son of God and Holy conversion by taking up such duties and privileges as entailed in the fellowship and the Ten Commandments are welcome into the fold.

Celestial Church of Christ is an inclusive congregation, with the desire to observe the Tenets and Mode of Worship is welcome.
