EBC New Year Breaking Forth Fasting and Prayer, Day 5.

Topic: Engaging the Power of Prayer and the Anointing in Breaking Forth,
Text: 1Kings 18:1-2, 41-45,
A. Introduction: All situations answers to the Power of Prayer and the Anointing for Breaking Forth.
B. Biblical instance of situation addressed by Prayer and the Anointing for Breaking Forth:
- The Rain on Israel by Elijah's prayer.
- The Anointing of David for rulership,
Facts about the Elijah's Prayer and the rain for Israel:
1. What God told Elijah about the rain came to pass by Elijah's prayers for Israel, NB:
- whatever God says answers to prayer, NB: what God said about your breakingforth is waiting for your prayers to come to pass for you,
2. Elijah refused to give up prayers until he saw what God said through prayer, NB:
- whatever you don't give up prayer for will give up for prayer, NB: whatever you don't give up your prayer for will give up for your prayers, whatever cannot terminate prayer terminates by prayer,
3. Elijah did not see the rain-breakforth God told him until he prayed to God for the rain, NB:
- What God said to you may not come to pass until you pray to God about it,
- God is waiting for your prayers to bring to pass what he says to you about your Breakforth,
- NB: no matter how much you trust what God says about your Breakingforth still pray to God about them for their manifestation,
- Praying about what God already says about you shows more trust in God than doubt to God, so pray for your Breakforth!!!
- Facts about the Anointing Oil and David's Breaking forth:
- David did not qualify for kingship/rulership until the Anointing Oil rested on his Head, NB: Ephraim was declared leader of Israel by Jacob's prayer by David displaced Ephraim s rulership by the Anointing Oil, 1 Samuel 16:13, Psalm 89:20.
- The Anointing alters the impossible to alter for breakthrough
C. How to engage the power of prayer and the Anointing for breaking forth'
- persist in prayer and on God.
D. Salvation Call: Lord Jesus, I am a sinner, forgive me my sins, wash and cleanse me with your precious Blood. I believe you died and rose again to save me. Jesus, I accept you today, as my lord and personal Saviour, in Jesus’ name.
E. Prayers:
- Thank God for His word you heard today,
- Thank God for His goodness, mercies and love over your life,
- Confess your sins to Him and ask for His forgiveness,
- Raise your Prayer voice to Him for His help by the Power of the Holy Spirit,
- etc.
