NOVENA PRAYER TO THE BLESSED SACRAMENT IN REPARATION FOR SINS

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen

THE TRINITARIAN PRAYER : O most Holy Trinity,father, son and holy Spirit. I adore thee profoundly, I offer thee the most precious body, blood, soul and divinity of Jesus Christ present in all the Tabernacles of the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifference by which he is offended. By the infinite merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate heart of Mary, I beg the conversion of poor sinners

DAY THREE : Jesus I come to you, eager for the pure milk of the spirit, flowing generously from the Most Blessed Sacrament the memorial if your passion, for this most Blessed Sacrament is neglected by men in search of false gods; yet, it is the longing of every human heart and the fulfilment of every desire. As wheat is bruised, beaten and broken before it becomes food for the body, so were You, Jesus, "the willing stone rejected by men", willing to be crushed and broken at Calvary to become the nourishment for our lives, the gift of finest wheat, honey from the Rock, the Living Bread come down from heaven, the total expression of God's goodness towards us.
Strip away everything in me Jesus, that us an obstacle to a perfect Union with You, that I may taste the goodness of your love and grow to spiritual maturity.

THE DIVINE LOVE PRAYER

This prayer may be said on the beads of the holy rosary:A "Glory be"replaces the"Our father",while the Hail Mary is replaced by these prayers of Jesus in the blessed sacrament.

After the Glory Be,each prayer is repeated ten times on the beads of the holy rosary until all nine decades are completed.

1. Eucharistic heart of Jesus.

R: I adore you and praise you in Union with the nine choirs of angels.

2. Eucharistic heart of Jesus.

R:Burning with love for me, inflame my heart with love for You.

3. Eucharistic Heart of Jesus.

R:Thy kingdom come.

4. Eucharistic Heart of Jesus.

R:Make us one in mind, heart and will with You, the Father and the Holy Spirit.

5. Eucharistic Heart of Jesus.

As we usher into the new month, we pray the Prisoner of Love continues to guide, bless, protect, provide and be with us all the days of our lives. Amen. We also pray that the blessings of the Lenten season and Easter fills our household. Amen
A happy new month to all members of the movement across the Archdiocese and beyond 🎉🎉

While we anticipate activities for the month, let's go through memories of activities carried out in the month of March. We began with;
~ Hosting of representatives from across different dioceses for the National meeting.
~ Birthday Celebration of our Archdiocesan Deputy-Promoter - Bro Chuks Ihekire (KBS) and Archdiocesan Disciplinarian - Bro Eric Uweroro (KBS) amongst others.
~ 2026 Annual Lenten Retreat at Holy Family Society Center (Osunde House) Ugbor, with the theme "Draw near to the Altar;A new spirit, A new heart"

As delegates from across the country convene in Benin City today for the first national meeting of the year 2026, we wish them journey mercies on their way, peaceful and successful deliberations and safe travels back to their various destination. Amen 😇
The meeting is scheduled to hold as follows;
Venue - Laity House, Airport road, Benin City.
Date - Friday 6th March - Sunday 8th March.

The Blessed Eucharist is not a symbol of Christ. It is Christ himself. His body and blood.

It breaks my heart to see how Catholics take this for granted. Jesus has given us the greatest gift ever! And we are expected to participate fully in his sacred feast.
Never doubt his presence in his Church.

The transubstantiation literally changes the bread to his body and the wine to his bl00d.

IT IS NOT HIS SYMBOL! IT IS JESUS HIMSELF!
Hunger for Jesus, and he will fill you up.

The story of Blessed Alexandrina Maria da Costa is one of the most extraordinary Eucharistic miracles recorded in modern Church history.

She was born on March 30, 1904, in a small village in Balasar, into a poor but deeply Catholic family. As a young girl, Alexandrina loved prayer, especially devotion to Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament and to the Virgin Mary.

But when she was 14 years old, a tragic event changed her life forever. To escape three men who tried to assault her, she jumped from a window in her home to protect her purity. The fall severely damaged her spine. At first she could still move a little, but over time her condition worsened until she became completely paralyzed and bedridden.
By the age of 21, Alexandrina was totally unable to move.

For the rest of her life she would remain in bed, suffering constant and intense pain. Yet instead of falling into despair, she offered her suffering to Jesus for the conversion of sinners and for peace in the world. She would often say that her mission was to be “a victim soul” united with Christ’s Passion.

From 1938 to 1942, she experienced mystical visions of the Passion of Christ every Friday, reliving the sufferings of Jesus in her own body. Witnesses testified that during these moments she would mystically participate in Christ’s agony.

Then something even more astonishing happened.

On October 13, 1942, Alexandrina stopped taking all food and drink completely. From that day forward, she lived only on the Holy Eucharist, receiving Holy Communion daily, for more than 13 years until her death on October 13, 1955.
Doctors and Church authorities closely observed her.

In 1943, she was admitted to the hospital in Foz do Douro for strict medical supervision for about 40 days. During this time, she was constantly monitored to determine whether she was secretly eating or drinking.
According to the medical reports, she consumed nothing and yet continued to live, without signs of dehydration or malnutrition that would normally lead to death.

Throughout these years, she promoted deep devotion to the Eucharist and called people to repentance, prayer, and consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. She repeatedly offered her suffering for the consecration of the world to Mary.

She died on October 13, 1955, the anniversary of the final apparition at Fátima, something she had prayed to live to see.
After a long investigation into her life and virtues, she was beatified by Pope John Paul II on April 25, 2004.

Blessed Alexandrina’s life remains a powerful testimony to the Catholic belief that the Holy Eucharist is truly the Body and Blood of Christ, spiritual nourishment capable of sustaining not just the soul, but in extraordinary cases, even the body by God’s grace.
