HE CARES FOR YOU

Casting all your care upon Him (God); for He careth for you. 1 Peter 5:7

Many people are carrying heavy burdens on their shoulders which weigh them down and equally affect their effectiveness to serve God.

To no doubt, Unstable mind sponsors both unstable Spiritual and physical lifestyle. The quest for man to enter into his desired state of rest sometimes pile up pressures on him.

This includes, the quest to live a fulfilled destiny, the quest to have a glorious career and live a life void of struggle, the quest to have a fantastic family and being able to cater for them, the quest to get healed from a particular sickness and more.

When the hope and the expectations of men fall short to manifest, their hearts tend to be saturated with worries and this burdens their hearts as well.

Heaviness of the heart will be inevitable when the desires of men are not forthcoming. Lack of manifestation to the prolonged desires cm expectation of men plunges them into the state of frustration which will in turn lead to depression.

But beloved, worry no more, the good news is that we have a Master (Christ Jesus) who cares for you and who is able to handle all your burden.

No wonder Apostle Peter boldly declared that we should cast all our burden upon Him for He careth for us.

Beloved, casting all your burden on Christ is the sure channel to receive help and equally see the manifestation of your desired expectations.

Casting your burden on Christ is undoubtedly the platform for prayers to be answered. Christ has the unquestionable and unquantifiable capacity to bear all your burdens because in Him were all things made.

Remember that He is not a man that disappoints neither does He have any iota of variableness nor shadow of turning back from His promises for mankind (James 1:17).

This is the reason He Himself confidently declared that He will give rest to all men who labour in futility and are heavy laden provided they will come unto Him (Matthew 11:28).

Child of God, stop running from pillar to post after men who does not have the capacity to lift your burdens off your shoulder and have high degree tendencies to disappoint you.

Casting your burdens on men makes you vulnerable to receiving flagitious mockery and brutal insults.

Casting your burden on men will surely end you in premium tears and eternal regret. Beloved, no matter the gravity of the burden ravaging your life, I beseech you to cast all of them on Christ who cares for you, and is able to give you rest on every side.

Jesus is our burden bear. Glory to God.

CONFESSION: Lord Jesus, I thank you, for bearing my burdens on Your shoulder, thank You, for giving me rest on every side, therefore, no power, from the corridors of darkness can stop my testimonies, from springing forth into reality, in Jesus Christ name.

BE A GOOD LEADER

For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not self-willed, not soon angry, not given to w**e, no striker, not given to filthy lucre. Titus 1:7

Every nation, society, organization, military formation, unit, and subunit craves leadership.

Leadership is the process of directing the affairs of a group of people (followers) towards arriving at a destination or attaining their aims and aspirations.

It includes the ability of an individual or group to influence and guide another group of individuals or organization in a particular direction, primarily towards the achievement of goals or otherwise.

Leadership involves the application of some skills, both hard and soft, to attain the set goals and objectives.

Some of these skills are acquired over a period of deliberate regime of training or imbibed unconsciously through association with people in leadership positions.

Some other skills are inherent. Both ideas agree with General S Patton’s view that ‘leadership is a complex phenomenon; leaders are both born and made, but mostly made’.

Be that as it may, leadership skills are developed over time.

Everything rises and falls on leadership.

Every Christian should be a good leader.

Leadership is vital in any organization, especially within the church. The church depends on good leadership both human and divine.

Leadership is not about being the best, leadership is about making everyone else better. Good leadership has a lot to do with the possession of good character traits.

There are many excellent examples of good leaders throughout the Bible - Moses, Joshua, Gideon, David, Nehemiah, Peter, Paul and of course Jesus.

God raises up people to be leaders and expects them to follow His direction and guidance.

Good leaders have a heart of service.

They truly love and value people and want to help others for the good of the one being helped.

There is a strong link between teaching and leading (study 1 Timothy 5:17 & 1 Thessalonians 5:12).

As a good leader, you must invest time and energy in learning so that you can teach.

Good leaders remain accessible, approachable and accountable to others. They do not isolate themselves from people regardless of the amount of responsibility or power they attain.

True leadership is not about control, but service; not about power, but empowering followers; not about manipulation, but service and inspiration to followers.

Beloved, as a Christian, you are a leader.

Therefore, you must be someone whose exemplary life attracts people to Jesus.

As a Christian leader, you should be led and influenced by those things on which God places high priority.

You must be able to order your mind well, and must have a well-disciplined mind, this comes into play in all areas of life.

People who cannot order their minds cannot effectively lead the church. Child of God, one of the things that will help you in leadership is to able to keep your focus on Christ.

Good leaders get things done without compromising and complaining. A good is proof and results oriented.

They ensure the grow a place and grow people to take responsibility and become better.

A good leader should be able to influence others to be a better leader than him.

If you leave people to themselves most time's you will loose them, Therefore; a good leader see to it that he monitors men so he would not be mocked.

God is depending on you not to fail him concerning what He committed to your hands.

The choice is yours..

CONFESSION: Oh Lord , en-grace me with the attributes of good leadership, grant me the grace to be a servant-leader, and to keep Jesus in focus, as a leader in the church and society in Jesus Christ name.

SOLD OUT FOR GOD

But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God. Act 20:24

To be sold out for God is to be completely submitted to the course of Christ.

It is also the totality of submergence of your devotion and faithfulness to the gospel of Christ.

Sold out to God makes you to be like Christ in all ramifications.

It propels your spirit to always be active in the pursuit of things that concerns God.

Sold out of Christ makes you to commit your available resources with joy towards the specific goal of reaching out the gospel to the unreached and building the those that have been reached, in other words, it makes you to throw your resources into equipping the unbelievers with the gospel and equally perfecting the saints as well.

Sold out for God gives you the focus to spread the gospel in and out of season.

It energizes you to keep decongesting the population heading to hell fire and congesting the passengers going to heaven through the platform of evangelism.

It also stirs up the fervent desires to keep preaching Christ even in the midst of vehement resistance or uncertainties (Acts 20:22-24).

Sold out for God endues you with the mark of untouchability (Galatians 6:17).

It certifies you with the authoritative mentality to pull down the strongholds of darkness.

It makes you a territorial commander. It makes you a board member to kingdom matters.

It makes you a shareholder to the things that concerns heaven.

It also gives you easy access to the internet of heaven.

Men who are sold out for God are men who have voluntarily sacrifice their life for the propagation of the Gospel of Christ.

They are men who labour in word and doctrine in order to bring joy to the heart of men.

They are men who are not deterred by ugly circumstances that may arise in the course of spreading the gospel (Acts 21:23-40).

Despite the unfavorable circumstances that befell Apostle Paul in his quest to wide spread the gospel both to the Jews and Gentiles, he was determined to finish the course because he was sold out for Christ (2 Timothy 4:7).

I ask you today, are you sold out for God?

CONFESSION: O Lord, as I avail myself as a sold out entity for God, give me the Grace to finish the course in Jesus name.

The long night is over and Total Freedom has come.

Arise, shine, and clinch your prophetic destiny in the comity of nations.

For the sun of righteousness spreads His healing wings over your shores and people!

The throne of the Highest is established in the midst of you and your sons and daughters shall declare the name of the Lord to the ends of the earth.

Jesus is Lord over all that concerns you!
