PURSUE TO RECOVER

And David inquired at the LORD, saying, Shall I pursue after this troop? shall I overtake them? And he answered him, Pursue: for thou shalt surely overtake them, and without fail recover all. 1 Samuel 30:8

Pursuit is the act of following someone or something to try to catch or meet up. Pursuit is taking risk and making moves.

Pursuit means taking steps, actions and taking responsibility. To avoid responsibility is to agree to suffer calamity and to swim in the ocean of nothingless.

Pursuit is an attitude of ruggedity.

To have a lion share, you need a lion's heart.

To register your presence in life, you must pursue after your target intentionally.

Pursuit is a necessity in the journey of taking it all in life. Vision ends in frustration without pursuit.

You cannot possess what you do not pursue.

Pursuit is a must if your vision and take over mandate must be realized. No matter how beautiful your destiny may look, without pursuit it can never be achieved.

To escape your present situation, insist on doing something – pursue! (Judges 8:4) and you will surely overtake.

Pursuit means to fight aggressively.

Refuse to be refused, fight aggressively.

In 1 Timothy 11:12, Paul advised believers to flee unrighteousness and to fight the good fight of faith.

Fight is required to keep the faith.

To maintain you possession, you need confront your adversary intentionally.

Satan fights you so that you can doubt the authenticity of God, never you bow to satan's manipulations.

Beloved, the best way to live life is to be offensive – attack to that situation before it consumes you.

What you are afraid of might actually be afraid of you. What you run to runs away!

Advance towards anything that should run away from your life. In between prophecy and reality is pursuit.

Beloved, as this month comes to an end you shall not only pursue, you shall overtake and recover all in Jesus Christ name.


CONFESSION: Father, grant me the strength and grace to pursue that which you have designed for me and achieve it successfully in Jesus Christ name.

WORK ON YOUR PRIDE

“God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.” James 4:6b

The opposite of humility is pride. A proud man or woman has no regards for those that have gone ahead of him.

Neither has he or she any regards for those that are coming behind.

Pride brings a man down and makes him dwell in regrets and shame.

Limitations that men face today is a function of pride.

If you don't go down you can never go up in life.

Pride is a spirit. It has nothing to do with money.

If you see a rich man who is proud, know that the spirit of pride was latent in him.

It was just that he did not have the opportunity to exhibit it until the money came.

The word “resist,” as used in this text, means “oppose.”

God Himself is the one that fight a proud man.

Your problem most times is not from the devil it's from you.

If you can't say I am sorry, weither you are right or wrong you are dwelling in pride.

If, therefore, you know any proud man, don’t bother about his pride even though he hurts you. Just leave him to God.

What you should bear in mind is that if God opposes you, you are not only a spiritual casualty but a write-off.

It will therefore do you good to humble yourself because there is nothing beneficial in being proud.

Proverbs 15:25 has something very frightening to say about the proud, “The Lord will destroy the house of the proud: but he will establish the border of the widow”.

This is to tell you how much God hates pride.

You must do away with pride, because if God opposes you, who can you run to or who will help you out.

You will automatically begin to fail in every aspect of life.

When others are succeeding, you will be lagging behind.

So do away with pride and be humble, Be humble to your pastor, you leader, your family and your boss.

If you don't kill pride today it will kill you.

Don't let pride make you loose those who God has sent to you to help you.

Humble yourself today and God shall beautify your life.

CONFESSION: Father, take away every spirit of pride from me today and make me humble in Jesus Christ name

BETRAYAL

And He answered and said, he that dippeth his hand with me in the dish, the same shall betray me. Matthew 26:23

In life we may have experienced or seen people delivered into the hands of their enemies by treachery in violation of trust by those who claim to love them so much.

Betrayal is a daily occurrence either in the work place, political arena, family circle or even in church.

Nothing can be more painful than a betrayal from your most trusted person.

However, every betrayal is our sure lifter to the next level in the journey of life if we are walking within God’s perfect will.

Most times until the devil shows up, you won’t know your true need for God.

So likewise until a betrayer strikes you, you will not know when to jump out of your entrapped comfort zone to the higher ground calling for you.

From our text, Jesus already knew who the betrayer was and the essence was to make a way for Jesus to fulfill His assignment here on earth as prophesied in scriptures.

He did not fight nor run away from His betrayer though He knew him from the beginning.

Jesus endured the pain and shame that came with His betrayal; this ultimately paved a way for the salvation of mankind.

How you handle the betrayer and your attitude towards betrayal converts your pain to gain and ultimately extends the blessing for others to benefit from.

Remember the story of Joseph, see how God positioned and blessed him after passing through the experience of betrayal.

This was made possible because he was always acting within the will of God.

Beloved as many that have been betrayed or currently passing through the pain and shame of betrayal, I encourage you to remain steadfast in the will of God and no sooner the God of vengeance will show up in your favour in Jesus Christ name.

CONFESSION: O God, engrace me to always walk and remain in your will for my life and put all my betrayers to shame as I ascend greater heights in Jesus Christ name.

DON’T BE A HYPOCRITE

“God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent…” Numbers 23:19a

Pretending to love or help someone when in actual fact, all you are doing is wishing the person ill, will not help you.

There are those who pretend to care for you openly but when no one is watching them, they go off completely.

They may not be deliberately doing it, but their acts of hypocrisy may not be helping to interpret other people’s dreams.

There are those who think that by being active in the church, they are doing their Pastor a favour.

Similarly, there are those who join forces with outsiders to attempt to unmake the set man of their local assembly, forgetting that it was God Himself who set them in their places.

However, on service days, they go to that same church expecting to be prayed for and blessed by the same Ministers of God that they loathe so much in their hearts.

How do such people expect God to bless them?

God wants you to help your neighbor to make it, for in turn, you will achieve the kind of speed that will activate God’s hand to “make” you.

Hypocrisy stops you from receiving from God.

It reduces you to nothing thereby ending in shame and disgrace.

Beloved, it's better to be of God than allowing the devil work through you.

Check yourself today and repent from this deadly act.

Rejoice with those rejoicing and God will do your own for you.

CONFESSION: Heavenly father, help me love and show true care to my neighbors without any strings attached, in Jesus Christ name.

WORD BASE PRAYER

Produce your cause, saith the Lord; bring forth your strong reasons, saith the King of Jacob Isha 41:21

Prayer is the doorway into the dimensions of God built up in our spirit (see Ephesians 3:9-10).

Prayer is the mystery that activates heaven’s control center for mass mobilization of destiny assets for our human comfort.

However, prayer should not be done anyhow.

Praying with intelligence compels God to hear you.

Praying with intelligence has to do with praying with facts.

You prove your intelligence through the facts that is available to you.

Many times when some Christians pray, they confuse the things around them e.g. the mother of the sons of Zebedee asked Jesus for her sons to sit at his right and left hand, Jesus answered her” you know not what you ask” meaning go and think again.

There are people like that who are shouting like that in prayer and heaven looks at them and say “You know not what you ask”.

Once prayer is not answered affliction persist.

When you are in a conversation with someone that does not make sense you ignore him or her, but when someone is speaking with sense he/she catches your attention.

In the same way, when you speak with sense in prayer you have heavens attention.

That is why before you pray; make sure you have your facts in place.

Intelligence is an evidence of maturity.

Many Christians are very lazy, it shows in their prayers, their prayers are very empty and without depth.

God said from our test, provide your case, and bring your strong reasons.

No lawyer wins a case by shouting but by providing facts.

Beloved, you don’t win the battle of life until you have evidence.

The most meaningful prayer is word based.

When you pray without facts doubt becomes your companion.

Isaiah 43:26 says put me in remembrance…

Your justification is linked to your declaration; your declaration is linked to your strong reasons.

Meaning prayer is not a function of shouting but a function of depth.

CONFESSION: Lord, help me to develop a prayer life that is word based in Jesus Christ name.

ARE YOU COMMITTED

Commitment involves dedicating yourself to something, a person or a cause.

Commitment obligates you to do something. It is the willingness to give your time and energy to something.

Commitment is an agreement or a pledge to do something. It is a strong believe system and staying to achieve it's objective.

Commitment is an engagement or obligation that restricts freedom of action.

It is dedication to a particular organisation, association, group or believe.

It is the word that speaks more to your intention. Your commitment shows what your intentions are.

it involves a strong Sense of intension and focus.

As Christ's believer, commitment involves thinking carefully about what to do for God in order to achieve Vision, mission and set goals of the church.

It speaks more about your motive and intentions.

Commitment is fired by a burning desire to achieve purpose, the ability to take responsibility, the burden to achieve desired results through personal preparation, prayer and concentration.

Benefits of commitment

1. It transforms promises to reality.

2. It makes a church worker or member more effective and efficient.

3. It brings excitement and Joy.

4. It opens doors of opportunities.

5. God takes care of you by supernatural means.

6. It makes you impactful and adds to your spiritual weight.

7. It brings reward, results and makes you a force to be reckoned with.

Beloved, there is a great reward for you when you possitively and intentionally commit yourself to kingdom service by belonging and getting committed to a department and other aspects of God's work.

Anytime you maintain commitment, you are pushing yourself forward.

Commitment is the force for greatness.

The choice is yours...

CONFESSION: Dear lord, I am sorry for my lack of commitment to your service, help me to be committed so that blessings will locate me in Jesus Christ name.

YOU WERE BORN TO REIGN.

And God Blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, subdue it: and have Dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. Genesis 1:28

The design of man is for rulership and Dominion.

The mandate of man on the Earth is to take charge and stay charge.

You can only be in charge when you understand your right in Christ (see col. 2:10).

Your true identity as a Believer is the identity of Christ.

Your value is made manifest by your conspronding understanding about Christ (See Ephesians 1:22_23).

Your reigning is tied to the fountionality of what you understand.

Understanding gives you the force to take charge of anything.

Understanding brings depth and depth is made manifest through search.

Understanding put you in charge. Understanding brings your right to place.

Through understanding you gain access to whatever you want ( See prov. 8:14_15).

The fountionality of your understanding determines the fountionality of your life.

When you have a functional understanding of whom Christ His, you will stay on top forever.

Your reigning is a pointer to what you understand about Christ ( see Rev 5:10).

Beloved, your reigning as a Believer is a COMMAND, anything that is Commanded stands.

The day you understand that the devil is under your feet you start reigning.

The day you understand that he is a defeated fool, your reigning on Earth is established.

Understand that God has given you the right to rule and reign.

You are not an ordinary person. You were set apart for greatness.

You are a King and queen on the Earth. You are are a star. This is who you are.

CONFESSION: I am Born to regin, I am not an ordinary person, I am destined for greatness in Jesus Christ name.

YOU SHALL RISE AGAIN.

He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill; That he may set him princes, even with the princes of his people. Palms 113:7_8

Every stress or trials you experience now is a preparation for the next level.

Break down opens you up for Breakthrough.

If you have not seen shame you can't experience fame ( see 1 sam2:8).

Glory can't be complete without a story.

Every new level is a product of great Test.

Many lose their miracles because they refuse to wait a little for God's intervention.

Compromise is lack of trust in God and his word.

When you put your total depence on God you will become his delight.

When you put your trust on men God will back you (see Prov 3:5)

Anyone who put is trust on God is never disappointed.

Anytime you questions God's timing you will be exposed to frustration.

When you are frustrated you will be defeated and you are defeated you will be granded (see palms 36:7_8)

Beloved, the hair of Samson grew again, your own shall also grow again.

No matter what you have experience in life, don't loose hope for you shall raise again.

That trails will not kill you , it will take you to your place of Glory if you Trust and Believe in God.

That abandoned contract shall work again, that disappointment shall be turned to appointment.

You shall receive a new call for that delayed project.

Friend's depend on God totally because I know you shall raise again if you faint not.

When your trust is on God you are exposed to abundance.

One of the greatest screat to rise up is the refuser to complain.

Beloved, The Spirit of LORD sayeth expressly YOU SHALL RISE AGAIN.

CONFESSION: I am a child of God, I walk in victory, therefore; I shall rise again in Jesus Christ name.
