Following Jesus for His Love And Not Yours

If you're seeking and following Jesus simply because you love Him, I'm not sure how secured or rooted you are. You could easily find someone or something else to love—your house, car, spouse, or friends—and choose to follow them instead (Matthew 6:24, Luke 14:26-27).

Your love for Him is not strong enough to keep you with Him.

However, if you follow Jesus because of His love for you, that's a different story. You'll never find anyone who loves you the way He does (John 15:13, Romans 5:8). What kind of love is this? A love that led Jesus to give His life for you (John 3:16, 1 John 3:16).

I believe it's better to follow Him because of His love for us. Instead of fighting to love Him, fight to understand fully the depth of His love. When you come under His love and accept it, you'll find it easier to love Him back (1 John 4:19).

As the Bible says, "We love because He first loved us" (1 John 4:19). Let the love Jesus has for you pull you towards Him. When you're secured in His love, you won't go looking for love anywhere else (Psalm 73:25-26).

His Love for you, is the power that keeps you from falling and failing....

Nay! In all these things, we are more than conqueror, through Him that Loves us....Rom 8:37

The Revelation of His love, brings you into complete rest in Him.

You come to a point where you say, Jesus is enough for me!

Little wonder Apostle prayed for the church at Ephesus,

Ephesians 3:18-19
" .....18And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. 19May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.

Honest and fair, or deserving praise and respect:, worthy of or entitled to honour or esteem

The word honorable has to do with people and actions that are honest, fair, and worthy of respect.

An honorable person is someone who believes in truth and doing the right thing — and tries to live up to those high principles.

To be Honourable is to Treat others with dignity and respect. Take the lead, and show value to others. Keep your word and your commitments. Ask for relief sooner than later if necessary.

To be honourable is to be kind, genuine, and empathetic without expecting a reward for your behaviour. It's a rare combination of virtues,

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Helpfulness, Friendliness, and Courtesy-"What goes around comes around." "

If you want a friend you have. to be a friend."

As a Biblical principle, you cannot live an honorable life without first honoring God. You honor God through your reverence, obedience and fear of displeasing Him. He tells us in 1 Samuel 2:30, “Those who honor me I will honor, but those who despise me will be disdained.”

THE REWARD OF BEING HONOURABLE IS HONOUR

Proverbs 22:4

The reward of humility and the fear of the Lord
Are riches, honor and life

Proverbs 27:18

He who tends the fig tree will eat its fruit,
And he who cares for his master will be honored

Psalm 112:9

He has given freely to the poor,
His righteousness endures forever;
His horn will be exalted in honor

Proverbs 13:18 ESV
Poverty and disgrace come to him who ignores instruction, but whoever heeds reproof is honored

I Pray for you today,
Honour will follow you, grace will speak for you,
You will be preferred and favoured in Jesus name.
Where others are ignored,you will receive attention, your children will attract favour because of you in Jesus name.

IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING WITH GOD

Jeremiah 32:17 ESV

‘Ah, Lord God! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you

~ No Matter what your aspirations,dreams and desires are , it cannot be bigger than God's ability...

Impossible is nothing with God!

Don't limit your dreams, don't cut it down because you think it is far reaching......

Impossible is nothing with God!

Don't get discouraged by where you are now even though you have been there for a while....

Impossible is nothing with God!

Suddenly,there will be a turn around, and the struggles will become a thing of the past...

Because impossible is nothing with God!

Keep believing, keep praying, keep being good....He always makes good His promises....

Because impossible is nothing with God!

On this last day of this month of April, I declare an end to that which troubles you...I kill it from the root and command it to begin decaying.......
In the name of Jesus I attract supernatural assistance in your direction now!

All the help you need to arrive at your next level will come to you without further delays in Jesus name.
