Topic: UNWISE SAYINGS OF FOOLISH PEOPLE.
Text: Job 2:10
*Let's us see the text in three versions of the bible of God's word for clearer knowledge of understanding for edification.
KING JAMES VERSION: But he said unto her, Thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh. What? shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? In all this did not Job sin with his lips.
AMPLIFIER VERSION: But he said to her, “You speak as one of the [spiritually] foolish women speaks [ignorant and oblivious to God’s will]. Shall we indeed accept [only] good from God and not [also] accept adversity and disaster?” In [spite of] all this Job did not sin with [words from] his lips.
EASY VERSION: Job replied, ‘Do not talk like a fool! We take the good things that God gives us. So we should not be surprised if he sends us trouble as well.’ In all his trouble, Job never said any wrong things against God.
* May God be praised for all His wonderful works He has done and still doing for His children. Honestly I most say this again any children of God that is not saved needs to be pitied not hated. they are spiritually blind not physically blind, they have sensual knowledge not supernatural knowledge, their knowledge are beneath, limited and coated with emotional blackmail or bankruptcy of Divine mentality. God's saved children are saved from sensual earthly or carnal knowledge that kept them before in the devil's cage and chains which the unsaved (unbelievers) are still in right now.
* Many unbelievers have been asking unreasonable and polluted generated questions from the pollutions of their corrupt minds to prove theirs is no God. They sometimes ask emotional blackmailing question like this, (1) if God is actually a loving Father as believers or Christians claim, why will He (God) allow evil to enter the earth to torment and oppressed people. E.g sickness , afflictions, death etc? (2) if God knows the end from the beginning, why did God put the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in the garden? God knows that man a living soul is made capable to know the trees to eat from and not eat from, yet as a lovely father He still ditched out an instruction and it's consequences. (3) If God is truly a lovely Father as He claim or the children of God say, why do we have to pray to God to get what He knows we need? Adam and eve where not lacking anything in the garden until they break an hedge in disobedience then the serpent will bite. Sin demarcate humanity from Divinity. Even believers some are still passing some challenges not because God wanted it to happen to them it's because the world is out of it's actual cause because the disobedience of Adam and Eve that sin allowed sin and death to enter the world, that is why Jesus is lead the lost souls back to the father today, saved by His word, washed by His blood and lead by His spirit. Halleluyah the saved are no longer a living soul that the evil can decived anymore because we a translated by life of Christ we accepted to a quickening spirit, we are born of the spirit, that is why genuinely saved children of God understand mysteries that the children of the world can not comprehend nor deny it's validity, Glory to Jesus 🙌.
* Children of God, from this kind of unbelievers question, that's why I told us earlier in our previous digests, we need to know God as love to be able to see their frustrations, bitterness, ignorance and carnal knowledge that keep them in more chains in devil's oppression cage to pity them because they need help. Do you throw away a child with the bath water because their urine enters your mouth, no way. You wash the baby tenderly with clean water, soap and dry them with a clean tower and cloth the baby with beautiful clothes. This is a sincere approach need by the saved to care for the unsaved with kindness, Love, wisdom, balance diet of Word knowledge until they are recovered from path of hell and established to flourish in God's court.
* Why the sacrifices of love I recommend for the saints are necessary because there is a in our lives when we are blind and ignorant to, and most of the questions of the unsaved are born out of hurts and confusions of their heart. Obviously they no they truth, but their hurts is been used a weapon in the enemy hands to disconnect them from their source. Any branches of tree disconnected from it's source tree will die, dry and end up in fire. This case lake of fire 🔥. Since it's not God's mind for sinners to die nor perish in fire, the saved one's should do anything and everything to keep sinners, unbelievers, unsaved out of the flames.
* No matter how intellectual sound the unsaved may possess and express knowledge, you will see how the Word is true, because you always hear them say there's not God, neither can they explain with reasonable prove there's no God, yet as wish as they claim they are still uncovering God's creations till today and call it scientific discoveries. They refused to accept the account of God's creations Truth to foolishly sing big bang theory like little children playing in the dirt. Down in their heart of heart, they know the word's account is true, they will not accept it because their deeds are evil or they are buried in deep hurt. Please pity, pray for them, they need healing and deliverance from a carnal mind. Psalms 14:1 (KJV)The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good. 1 Corinthians 2:14-16 (KJV) But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ.
This 4 scriptures that will help you to understand better not to be submerged in arguments with foolish people or ignoramus unbelievers.
FIRST SCRIPTURE: Isaiah 45:7 (KJV) I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.
SECOND SCRIPTURE: Deuteronomy 30:16-19 (KJ)In that I command thee this day to love the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the Lord thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.
But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them;
I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it. I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live.
THIRD SCRIPTURE: Deuteronomy 28:1-14(Blessings) ; Deuteronomy 15:48 (curses).
John 15:10 (KJ) If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments,and abide in his love.
Deuteronomy 15:45 (KJV)
Moreover all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst not unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee.
FOURTH SCRIPTURE: 2 Timothy 2:23 King James Version. But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes.
Easy English Bible. Do not join with people who want to argue about silly things that do not mean anything. You know that silly things like that only cause people to quarrel.
CONCLUSION:
*Foolish and ignorant sayings are expressions that reveal a lack of wisdom, insight, or proper knowledge avoid them, if the person is willing and genuinely hungry to know, teach them with love and a lot of patience.
May God's word abide in our hearts and flourish our lives for the kingdom of God in Jesus Name Amen 🙏.
