Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you're asked certain questions about yourself and you know you're positive and have what it takes to be seen as one from the sincere answers you can give, yet this thought of "Can't you humble yourself? Don't try to show off" comes to your mind and makes you rescind in marketing your potentials?

Learn this today, If an interviewer asks: 'What are your strengths?'

Give the interviewer this buster for an answer:

1. Adaption (Adaptability)

This is the capacity to evolve your methods or mindset when faced with new environments, shifting priorities, or unexpected obstacles. It involves cognitive flexibilityโ€”the ability to unlearn old habits that are no longer effective and quickly master new tools or workflows. An adaptable person remains functional and calm even when the "ground shifts" beneath a project.

2. Hard Working

Being hard working is characterized by a high level of intensity and persistence toward a task. It is the mental and physical stamina to stay focused on a goal until it is achieved, often involving a meticulous attention to detail. This strength is defined by the "extra mile" effort, ensuring that the quality of work remains high regardless of the volume of tasks.

3. Flexibility

Flexibility is the willingness to modify your schedule, role, or approach to accommodate the needs of a situation. While adaptability is about how you change your skills, flexibility is often about where and when you apply yourself. It involves being open-minded to different ways of doing things and being willing to compromise for the sake of the broader objective.

4. Optimistic

Optimism is a psychological orientation that focuses on positive outcomes and opportunities. It isn't just "being happy"; it is the proactive belief that challenges are temporary and solvable. In a professional setting, this manifests as a "can-do" attitude that looks for solutions and pathways forward during moments when others might only see dead ends.

5. Cooperative

This strength is rooted in social intelligence and the ability to work in harmony with a diverse group of people. It involves active listening, the sharing of resources, and the prioritization of the team's collective success over individual ego. A cooperative person understands how to navigate different personalities to maintain a productive and respectful work environment.

6. Fast Decision Making

Fast decision making is the ability to process available data, weigh risks, and commit to a course of action within a short timeframe. It requires a high level of confidence and the ability to distinguish between essential and non-essential information. This strength is crucial in high-pressure situations where a delayed response could lead to lost opportunities or compounded problems.

7. Self-Motivated

Self-motivation is an internal drive that pushes an individual to take action without needing external rewards or constant oversight. It stems from personal initiative and a clear sense of purpose. A self-motivated person sets their own high standards, identifies what needs to be done next, and executes tasks because they find inherent value in the work itself.

8. Energetic

Being energetic refers to the vigor, enthusiasm, and "spark" an individual brings to their professional activities. This is a state of high engagement that often increases the pace of work. Energetic individuals tend to be highly proactive, approaching tasks with a level of intensity that can help sustain momentum for long-term projects.

9. Honesty

Honesty is the practice of being consistently truthful, ethical, and transparent in all dealings. This includes admitting when a mistake has been made, giving credit where it is due, and being upfront about limitations or delays. It is the foundation of professional integrity, ensuring that all communications are accurate and that there are no "hidden agendas."

10. Punctuality

Punctuality is the habit of consistently arriving at a specific time and completing tasks by their established deadlines. It is a form of self-management that demonstrates organization and reliability. A punctual person carefully plans their schedule to account for potential delays, ensuring that they are prepared to start work the moment a meeting or shift begins.

At the end of Mass in Bamenda on Thursday, as Pope Leo XIV was about to get his car to return to the airport, a little Cameroonian girl ran up to the Pope, and he hugged her, paused for a photo, and gave her a Rosary.
Seeing this clip, I paused and imagined how beautiful the world would have been if leaders in societal and religious circles had this connection with the people they lead.
Life is beautiful when leaders connect emotionally with the people they lead in a genuine way irrespective of class and ethnicity, this will give empathy to the people.

May God give leaders what it takes to live a life that reflects this connection.

This tweet from Pope Leo is generating many reactions, for reasons best known to each reader.

But while it is not out of place to have opinions about Muslimโ€“Christian relations, it is important to have the right context so that those opinions are informed.

The Pope was in Algeria, a predominantly Muslim country. Catholics there are fewer than 10,000 in a population of over 45 million.

In the Basilica of Our Lady of Africa in Algiers, something striking happens: Muslims come there to pray. They have a deep reverence for Mary. They call her Lalla Meriem, โ€œLady Mary.โ€

And inside that Basilica, close to the altar, there is a bold inscription:

โ€œOur Lady of Africa, pray for us and for the Muslims.โ€

Read that again.

Not against Muslims.
Not in spite of Muslims.
But for Muslims.

Now pause and think about that.

A Catholic church
in a Muslim land
where a Christian prayer includes Muslims
and Muslims still feel welcome enough to come close.

No noise.
No controversy.
No online arguments.

Just a posture.

And sometimes, posture is more powerful than preaching.

Because the truth is this:
If your faith cannot make room for others in prayer, it will eventually make room for hatred in practice.

It is from that context that Pope made his tweet.

Almighty God, give your Church the grace to proclaim the power of Jesus, our Risen Lord. We have received the first fruits of his grace: prepare us for the full revelation of his gifts.

๐’๐๐ˆ๐‘๐ˆ๐“๐”๐€๐‹ ๐’๐“๐€๐Œ๐ˆ๐๐€

You can never thrive successfully in the field of spiritual activities, if you don't develop spiritual stamina to engage, sustain and manifest power as a child of God as spiritual stamina is the intentional development of inner strength and capacity to endure life's challenges, maintain consistency in faith, and fulfill divine purpose.
In a society where soul wining have become Herculean task, saved souls are going back to the dungeon of slavery in idolatry, there is need to develop spiritual stamina so you can engage the unsaved, bring them into the salvation of Jesus Christ, help them sustain the salvation they've received and lead them into the manifestation of the true undiluted power of the most high God, without fear or compromise.
To achieve the spiritual stamina to do this, one needs to be consistent by keeping the following Rules of Consistency:

Start so Small, that your mind can't reject it, Go Steady: Every long journey begins with a step but consistency begins with a tiny step.
Begin your journey with the scripture study 2 verses a day and be steady and intentional about it.

Focus on Systems not Goals: Create habits and routines that align with your spiritual goals rather than focusing solely on the end result.
Fix a time for prayer and word study, then let the process develop spiritual stamina in you.

Attach Your Habit To A Trigger : A habit survives when it has an anchor, this removes decision making, which removes excuses.
Treat daily spiritual habits(Prayers, Scripture studies, fellowships, evangelism, fasting etc) as mandatory actions, akin to personal hygiene, regardless of your emotions or fatigue.

Make the Process Enjoyably Simple: The brain follows what feels easy. When you program a spiritual journey in a way that gives you joy, you see yourself seeking to activate it once the trigger calls, as Consistency thrives where friction dies.

Track Micro-Wins: Measure your spiritual progress by showing up consistently, not just by performance perfection.
Measuring your progress gives you a sense of responsibility and equips you for more gains as Human beings are wired to avoid losses.

Never Miss Twice, Align with your Values: When you measure your progress, avoid repeating mistakes even as you stop inconsistency by avoiding a second Miss. Connect daily actions to personal values, purpose, and goals, which helps in identifying when to realign your priorities.

Become The Person Who Shows Up - No matter What: In your spiritual journey, ensure to always be available to those who look up to you as this is one rule that shows you as unstoppable, it equally ignites the zeal to stand strong in the lives of all that look up to you for stability and stamina.
Understand that consistency requires taking determined action to turn discipline into a "peaceful harvest of right living,"
