‎FAITH THAT REMAINS
‎
‎Job loses almost everything, yet he refuses to turn away from God. The disciples, meanwhile, are concerned about who is the greatest, and Jesus points them towards the humility of a child. True greatness is not found in what we possess, but in remaining faithful when possessions, recognition and comfort disappear. When life becomes difficult, let our faith prove that we love God Himself, not merely His gifts. May our trials purify our hearts and deepen our trust in Him. Amen.

‎WHEN GOD SPEAKS, LISTEN
‎
‎The people in Capernaum were astonished because Jesus taught with authority, and the unclean spirit could not withstand His word. This is the evidence of the spirit of God Paul tells us in the first reading. We therefore need more than human intelligence; we need hearts open to God. Only them can we navigate the vicissitudes of life according to God's divine plan for us, here on earth. May the Holy Spirit teach us to recognise God's voice and obey His word. Amen.
