SOMETIMES GOD CLOSES A DOOR BECAUSE HE SEES WHAT YOU CANNOT SEE
Dear friends, sometimes we become discouraged when a job opportunity fails, a relationship ends, a promotion passes us by, a plan collapses, or something we prayed for does not happen.
But remember this: a closed door is not always a rejection; sometimes it is God’s protection and redirection.
You see the opportunity, but God sees what is beyond it.
You see the relationship, but God sees the consequences.
You see the delay, but God sees the preparation you need.
You see the closed door, but God sees the better road ahead.
As we enter another season, do not waste your strength forcing open doors God has closed. Pray for discernment to know when to persist, when to wait, and when to let go.
Joseph’s prison looked like a setback, but God was preparing him for the palace. Paul experienced closed doors before God redirected him toward Macedonia.
So, child of God, one closed door does not mean your future is closed. Keep praying. Keep preparing. Keep trusting. Keep serving God faithfully.
Prayer:
Lord, give me the grace to accept every door You close, the wisdom to understand Your direction, and the faith to trust You even when I cannot see what You see. Lead me into the doors that align with Your purpose for my life. Amen.
Sometimes what feels like rejection is actually protection. Trust God. He sees what you cannot see.
