This message hits deep. Life will test every one of us — through loss, disappointment, sickness, betrayal, or seasons that feel too heavy to carry. But in those moments, we'll face the same question: Will I give up, or will I keep going?

Today, if you’re feeling weary, remember this: You are not the first to walk this road, and you won’t be the last. Many before you have cried the same tears, carried the same burdens, and still rose up stronger, wiser, and closer to God. Your endurance is not just for you — it becomes a testimony for others.

So hold on. Keep trusting. Keep praying. Keep moving forward, even if it’s one small step at a time. The Lord sees your struggle, and He will give you the strength to finish well.
You’ve got this — because He’s got you. 💪🙏
— Thomas S. Monson

In a world filled with uncertainty, confusion, and suffering, disciples of Jesus Christ are called to stand a little taller.

President Gordon B. Hinckley reminded us that this is not a time to hesitate or shrink from our responsibilities. It is a time to move forward with faith, confidence, and a greater understanding of our divine mission.

As followers of Jesus Christ, we are invited to reach out with kindness and love to those who are struggling, discouraged, lonely, or wandering in darkness.

The Savior's work continues through willing hands and compassionate hearts.

May we lift our eyes, strengthen our faith, and become instruments in the Lord's hands as we bless the lives of others.

"Stand a little taller. Reach a little farther. Love a little deeper."

Living the gospel of Jesus Christ is not always easy in today’s world.

Sometimes choosing righteousness may place you in the minority. Sometimes standing for truth may mean standing alone.

President Thomas S. Monson reminds us that true faith requires moral courage — the courage to remain faithful even when the world pressures us to compromise.

Never be ashamed of your beliefs.
Never fear standing for truth.
God honors those who stand faithfully with Him.

Stand strong.
Stand faithful.
Stand with God.

In a world filled with criticism, gossip, hatred, and division, this simple counsel from Dieter F. Uchtdorf remains powerful:

“STOP IT.”

Sometimes spiritual growth is not complicated. We become better disciples of Jesus Christ when we choose kindness over cruelty, forgiveness over grudges, and love over judgment.

Before speaking negatively about someone, pause.
Before holding onto anger, pause.
Before judging others, remember that we all need mercy too.

Judge less.
Love more.
Forgive quickly.
Be like Christ.

Every person you meet is fighting a battle you may know nothing about.

Some carry grief.
Some struggle with illness.
Some silently endure broken homes, disappointments, regrets, or unanswered prayers.

President Thomas S. Monson reminds us that suffering is universal, but so is God’s strength. Our Heavenly Father does not abandon us in hardship. Often, it is through trials that we grow spiritually, become stronger emotionally, and learn to trust Him more deeply.

Do not lose hope because life feels heavy right now. Some of the greatest growth comes through the hardest seasons.

Keep enduring.
Keep believing.
Keep trusting God.

Life will test every soul. There are moments when prayers seem unanswered, hopes feel shattered, and the future appears uncertain. In those difficult seasons, it is easy to ask, “Why me?”

But President Thomas S. Monson reminds us that patience is a heavenly virtue and that our trials often become the true test of our ability to endure faithfully.

Do not give up because the night feels long. Some of the strongest souls are formed in seasons of waiting, suffering, and quiet endurance.

God has not forgotten you.

Keep moving forward with faith, patience, and hope in Jesus Christ.

In a generation filled with endless scrolling, notifications, and distractions, we must remember that technology was created to serve us — not control us.

Cellphones can be useful tools for learning, communication, and growth. But when dependence becomes excessive, it can quietly steal our time, peace, focus, relationships, and even our spiritual strength.

This counsel from Dallin H. Oaks is a reminder especially to youths, single adults, and even children that balance matters. Real joy is not found in constant screen time, but in meaningful relationships, personal growth, service, family connection, and drawing closer to God.

A cellphone is a tool, not a master.

May we use technology wisely and never allow it to replace our purpose, values, or peace.

There are moments in life when the weight feels too heavy… when the trials don’t make sense, and the answers seem far away.

But God does not waste pain.

The teachings of Thomas S. Monson remind us that our trials are not meant to break us—but to build us. To strengthen our faith. To prepare us to stand firm when it matters most.

Like Job of old, who lost everything yet refused to let go of his trust in God, we too are called to endure—not because it is easy, but because it is divine.

Your trials are shaping you.
Your faith is being refined.
Your strength is being prepared.

Hold on. Trust Him. Endure to the end.

Because those who stand firm in the gospel of Jesus Christ will never stand alone.

What a wonderful mercy our eternal father has laid for us, to come unto him and be perfected in his gospel. And we could do so by drawing nearer to the Lord in our prayers, He is our eternal father and he loves us, we can go to him and speak with him individually in prayer, he has invited us to do. I offer a plea that we seek to draw closer to the Lord and commune with him more frequently and with increased faith.

In a world that constantly tries to define who you are, it is easy to forget your true identity.

You are not your mistakes.
You are not your struggles.
You are not what the world says about you.

You are a child of a loving Heavenly Father.

The teachings of Dieter F. Uchtdorf remind us that our worth is not measured by the world, but by the eternal love of God.

When you remember who you truly are, everything begins to change—your choices, your confidence, your direction.

Never forget your divine identity.
Walk in His light.
Live as one who is known and loved by God.
