SHORT DISCIPLESHIP MESSAGE FROM

PST PASCAL AZUBUIKE ( SENIOR PASTOR FLAMMA INT'L MINISTRIES INC AROCHUKWU).

TOPIC: POWER OF GOD'S WORD.

So many times I see believers running from one place to another for prayers, most of them often visit places like mountains to pray and fast for power and anointing and breaking of Yorks, some run to us men of God to lay hands on them for power to be transferred etc.

In as much as their is nothing wrong in all of this but the truth remains if you must vendor Gods power and walk in the realms of answers as Gods child all of the above is not the solution to power and dominion over spirits.

Well prayer is good but Effective prayer will be worthless and powerless until the foundation of God's Word is laid for it.

Note the difference Prayer and Effective prayer.

The first force that ever created change in the earth realms was not prayer force rather it is His Word force, Genesis 1:3 " GOD SAID, LET THERE BE LIGHT AND THERE WAS LIGHT.

John 1:1-3 gave a simplified interpretation of the revelation of Moses which was recorded in the book of Genesis and it said in the beginning was the WORD... John 1:1

it came to a point John said there is nothing that ever existed, that existed outside HIM(THE WORD). Read John 1:1-12.

The devil knows that if he keeps us busy with attacks, problems we will focus more on prayer and not on the main terminator of the Satan himself which is the WORD of God.

Listen devil/Satan and demons don't bow to prayers rather the bow to the Word, the book of James 2:19 recorded that Satan believes the Word and he trembles.

The Word of God is the only key to a resultful answers in life. Jesus used it in Matthew 4.

The book of Jasher recorded about a man named Cainan the father Enoch the one God took, how he was full of God's Word and wisdom that he ruled over demons.

Jasher chapter 2:11-12

"And Cainan grew up and he was forty years old, and he became wise and had knowledge and skill in all wisdom, and he reigned over all the sons of men, and he led the sons of men to wisdom and knowledge; for Cainan was a very wise man and had understanding in all wisdom, and with his wisdom he ruled over spirits and demons;

12 And Cainan knew by his wisdom that God would destroy the sons of men for having sinned upon earth, and that the Lord would in the latter days bring upon them the waters of the flood.

Kia! What a power in God's word.

This last days Satan has kept believers so busy that studying God's word has become so tiring and unappealing. That is why we have so much noise in what we call prayers with little or no results coming from it.

Daniel 9:2 Daniel prayed after he studied about the prophecy of Jeremiah concerning the Jews and immediately answers was released from heaven to him.

I want to ask you my dear, that prayer you having praying and fast for answers what scriptures is the driving force?

Until you search it out in the scriptures, you are not permitted to handle it.

My counsel for us is, if we must carry the evidence of the supernatural, we must learn to pray the prayer of Mary in Luke 1:38 " And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.

I pray from today our eyes of understanding will be opened to God's word and the hunger to study and mediate on God's word will consume us in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen

My dear fellow young minister of the gospel, EDUCATION is not a scam.

I Know you can demonstrate power but if you lack knowledge you will become a disaster with power.

In my little stay in ministry I have realized that NOT EVERY MATTER IN MINISTRY REQUIRES POWER! POWER!!

Apart from praying for people, how effective are your counsels to improving the lives of the people under you. Stop wasting people's time in the name of prophecy.

Results in ministry is not measured on how long you stay in prayer rather but how much spiritual informations you have and also putting to work, just like the sons of Issachar.

Study the bible, Read Books, submit yourself to mentorship and spiritual parenting.

Galatians 4:19

My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,

This was our foundation scriptures for today's word encounter service. The essence of me preaching God's undiluted word passionately is because I want to see Christ formed in you.

There is a difference between accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior

and allowing Him to be formed in you.

Receiving a title or position in the church doesn't determine that Christ has been formed in you. We have a lot of disasters, disappointments in the pulpit parading as ministers of God.

It is one thing to quote the bible and it is another matter to understand and live out the bible.

Note: Whenever Christ is formed in you John 1:1-5 becomes your reality.

Follow me:
When Christ is formed in us the following will begin to happen:-

1. we become one with God. The foundation of our spirituality is solidified to fit in into Gods eternal purpose. As the scripture said ye are Gods even the son's of the most high.
2. We become co-creators with God. Jesus said occupy till he comes Luke 19:13. The question is as a Christian what are you creating. JESUS was going about doing good. Note: if speaking in tongues was the only thing you received as a believer just know that you didn't receive the right spirit. Remember Jesus said when the comforter (Holy Spirit) He will send, will come, he will teach us all things. Are you a liability, nuisance or are you creating value. By their fruits we shall know them.
3. When Christ is formed you don't struggle to have light. It is an abomination for us to have Christ in us and still be stranded NEVER! Jesus Christ gives anyone who receives him great advantage in life. Light signifies wisdom and great understanding that gives Solutions to every problems of life. Failures don't exist in Christ. Matthew 4:18-19, Acts Acts 4:13 "Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus."
4. When Christ is formed in us struggling with the powers of darkness and hell ends. The reason why believers are running from one prayer house to another is because they are too ignorant and lazy to sit down and allow Christ to be formed through the teaching of the word. Ephesians 2:6. Death, curses and the spell of darkness can't survive around Christ.
