PRISON OUTREACH – SHOW LOVE, GIVE HOPE ❤️

On May 16th, we’ll be visiting inmates at Dekina Correctional Center to remind them they are not forgotten.

Many of them have lost hope… but together, we can bring light, encouragement, and support.

We are raising funds for:
• Welfare items
• Food support
• Transportation

No amount is too small 🙏
Even a little can make a big difference.

Today, the Final Year Brethren of FCS had the privilege to visit Godswill orphanage at Agala Atte. The fulfilment that comes after such visit is second to non.
We pray and ask that the hand of God will rest upon those kids and give strength to Mrs Elizabeth,the orphanage caregiver.

People of God,this is where the real ministry is... reaching out to the less privileged in your capacity. We were privileged to share the word and fellowship with the children. Our hearts and souls were overwhelmed as we beheld the smiles and joy on their faces.

Our prayer is that God will give us the resources to reach out more to his little ones in Jesus name.

His return will be like the thief in the night. The night is the time people lose their guard, when men sleep, when we take a nap due to exhaustion from the day.

But we must be ready with our lamps, we must be on guard, we must have oil. Some people have lost their lamps, some don't even have at all, others don't care and have thrown it away because His return has become a fable.

But for you, you must be ready because Jesus can return today. If you have lost your lamp or oil, you can ask God for restoration this morning because it will be bad if He comes and meets you unprepared.

If you go out as early as 4am, you see people already going about their businesses. The truth is, some people don't even sleep at all.

A greater percentage of the people are looking for money. The early rising, the long hours of working, the constant travelling etc for most people is to make money.

The rich fool was like this, after spending all his life working hard to amass wealth, he decided to retire and enjoy then he died on retirement day.
If God demands for your soul today, would there be any substance other than money?
The worst part is that; in as much as money cannot substitute or complement God, some people have neither.

In today's passage (Luke 12:1-12), Jesus warned his disciples against hypocrisy.
He called it the yeast of the pharisees.

Just like the small fire on the pile of wood, yeast does not demand a large quantity to work, you just see the effect at the end of the day.

Hypocrisy remains the biggest problem of the church. For some people, until rapture takes place and they are left behind that they'd accept having some skeletons in the cupboard.
By all means, we must rid ourselves of any false image we bear and open up to recieve God's help.
