Luke 6:27-38 -
Christ died for you when you were his enemies so love your enemies. Until you extend the favour you have received from Christ it won't be multiplied. The Christian faith is not of vengeance but if favour. Become a 'mugu' for God. Weak people take revenge. Strong people don't. When you live a life of giving people what they don't deserve, your life will also improve. Only favour will make the world progress. Where there is no favour there is death. Don't always punish offences. Learn to overlook. God bless you

Acts 10:2 - a devout man and one who feared God with all his household who gave alms generously to the people and prayed to God always
Cornelius was a righteous man yet he wasn't saved. He lived on principles. You can be disciplined by applying principles yet have no salvation. A wicked Christian is better than a good unbeliever because God isn't looking at your morals. If discipline is produced by you, it isn't acceptable by God. It has to come from God for it to be acceptable.
When you live under principles judgment is inevitable. When you live under grace, his presence can overlook your mistakes.
Say this to yourself : Lord show me your mercy.
The Israelites rejected God's presence and thus got his principles. With principles you always lack one thing. Principles make you age faster and look older. The burden of the law dries a man up but grace builds a man up.

Topic: Focusing on Christ for uncommon favour (4).
The world is governed by principles. The church is governed by presence. The educational system is governed by merit while the church is governed by demerit. That is why the places of work seem more organized than homes. However presence is greater than principles because where there are principles there are consequences and this makes people hypocrites since they fear the consequences of breaking the existing principles.
The life of a believer is however governed by favour. It is this favour that has kept you alive. Only God can declare you holy. That's why you must accept God's favour.
Psalm 102:13 - you will arise and have mercy on Zion for the time to favour her yes the set time has come
The Old Testament was governed by laws and principles. Under the law, no one was justified or good enough in God's sight.

God isn't against the unbeliever because they commit sin. He is against them because they reject the ultimate sacrifice of Christ on their cross. Believers are not sent to preach bad news but good news. The good news is that God punished Jesus for the sins that you committed. When you received salvation, you received healing, deliverance prosperity. Until you change a man's thinking, you can't change his behavior. Forgiveness destroys sin. When you think of sin, you can't do righteousness and vice versa.
Rom 4:24-25 -but also for us it shall be imputed to us who believe in him who raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead who was delivered up because of our offenses and was raised because of our justification
When Jesus died he paid for your sins. When he resurrected he declared you forgiven justified and sanctified. Now that you're a saint, you have the legal right to proclaim Christ. As a sinner you have no right to proclaim Christ

Topic: Focusing on Christ to make him known.
Mark 16:15-18 -and he said to them, go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved but he who does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe. In my name they will cast out demons and they will speak with new tongues and they will take up serpents and if they drink anything deadly it will by no means hurt them. They will lay hands on the sick and they will recover
When you accept the good news of the gospel of Christ you become one with him. Every believer stands in the room or place of Jesus. Every believer should act as Jesus in earth. When you believe you become one with Jesus.
Question : Do you believe?
Until you know Jesus, you can't make hi known.
Acts 1:8- but you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you and you shall be witnesses to me in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria and to the end of the earth
To witness what you have not witnessed is an error. A witness has first hand information about an incident. Every message that brings threats with it will never bring salvation

Your heart isn't a dustbin that keeps malice, anger or hatred. Instead it is meant to habour love. The world is waiting for your love so that you will attract them to Jesus. You cannot like everything that everybody does. And vice versa. But love will accommodate those flaws. When you love you submit to your strengths and make allowances for your weaknesses. The purpose of the church is not to expose each other's faults. Rather it is to build each other. A friend is meant to accept you with your weaknesses with the intention to help you with that weakness. An enemy on the other hand takes advantage of that weakness to afflict you. The church ought to lift each others shoulders when they are weak. Those who truly love you know both your strengths and weaknesses and still accept you. Let's kill hypocrisy

Don't remain where you are today. Do your best to improve yourself. The more you improve on yourself the more you become useful to others. Many people set standards to judge others. Some overestimate others. Every help rendered is as a result of a sacrifice. Stop looking at people because people misbehave sometimes. Trust God. Don't become a hypocrite because you are looking for acceptance. When you force people to do what they are unwilling to do, you are making them hypocrites. Rather, let them do it willingly. Live doesn't produce hypocrisy. When to put yourself on a pedestal that makes you think that you are untouchable, when you become vulnerable and touchable, disaster will happen. Always be yourself but make allowance to improve.

Topic: Manifesting the love of Christ (4).
John 15:12-17 - this is my commandment that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this than to lay down one's life for his friends. You are my friends if you do whatever I command you. No longer do I call you servants for a servant doesn't know what his master is doing but I have called you friends for all things that I heard from my Father I have made known to you. You didn't choose me but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should remain that whatever you ask the Father in my name he may give you. These things I command that you love one another
Your destiny determines your direction. You are in church to see Jesus. If you all consider one another's fault, you will miss it. If you point fingers at others, they will point fingers at you too. You must learn to accept people the way they are. Don't love people based on merit. The church of today punishes sinners and yet doesn't reward good works. How then do we encourage people to do good? Love doesn't act that way. How you know that you love is how you respond when you are offended. Love based on merit isn't love but the law
