IN THE SEASON IF LITTLE BEGINNING

When a church is small, people give all kinds of excuse for being unavailable to serve or even worship.

When it is very big and there is huge reputation capital and influence that accrues from that platform, people sacrifice their work and time to be there.

Some even quit completely, they know if they are seen in the right spot, some favour will come their way, some goodies will drop.

Don't be naive about how people treat you.

Same people who claim to be busy and unavailable will fight their way to be noticed on a far bigger platform, they will call their families and celebrate that achievement; the achievement of association based on a platforms.

So don't believe the lies, everyone pushes the limit when they know there is so much to gain from it.

This is why pastors manipulate and do so many things to be seen as big because the kind of dirt people throw on you in your days of little can be so traumatic, you might lose your sense of purpose, you just want to break free!

That feeling is real!

BUSINESSES A MINISTRY CAN ENGAGE IN WITHOUT BEING DISTRACTED FROM THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY

A call to ministry is a call to business. Ministry is business, nay, serious business. Apostle Paul admonished the brethren not to be slothful in business but to be fervent in sprit, serving the Lord.

A minister is a businesses man. He is in the business of saving the lost; establishing the saints; preparing the established and matured saints for the work of the ministry and transforming individuals, families and societies at large.

It therefore takes a business approach to have an impactful ministry.

Money is needed to have an impactful ministry. Therefore, while being engaged in the business of souls, a ministry must of necessity also be engaged in the business of legitimately making money.

A ministry can engage in the following businesses without being distracted from the work of the ministry instead of depending on tithes and offerings alone:

1. Education and Training

- Daycare
- Nursery School
- Secondary School
- Bible College
- Conference
- Seminar

2. Events

- You can rent out your hall for events

- You can hire your ushers for events.

- I did my wedding reception in a hall belonging to a Church 9 years ago and I paid N60,000.

- I once hired our hall in Uyo for an event of 2 hours for N20,000.

3. Hiring

- You can hire ministry equipment like chairs, generator, etc.

4. Canteen

- Food is a basic necessity for human beings.

- The same person that gives N100 for Church offering can likely spend N1000 to buy food in the church canteen.

5. Bookshop

- Sell your books and ministry training materials.

- You can also sell other good books that align with the doctrines and dogmas of your ministry.

6. Shop

- Sell the items people will generally need, especially while in Church.

- Envelopes, snacks, handkerchiefs, communion items, bottles of oil, etc.

- You can get individuals or companies to supply them in large quantities and you sell and remit the money and keep the profit.

7. Studio

- You can turn the Church console or control room to a studio and do photography, audio and video recording for people.

8. Computer services

- Printing
- Laminating
- Photocopying
- Typesetting
- Spiral binding

9. Farming

- If the Church has space in the land or undeveloped land, the Church can engage in farming and sell the farm produce.

10. Recreation and Tourism

- You can set up a museum to display old ministry artifacts.

-- You can create a recreation park or playground where people pay money to access.

11. Hospitality/Property

- Build guest houses or rental properties where people can lodge or live.

- You can start with building one room and grow from there.

- sometime ago, I lodged in a Church guest house inside a Church compound and it was N5,000 per night and I stayed for 4 nights and the guest house has 10 rooms. Imagine if the Church has a week long program and all the rooms are fully booked, that will be N350,000.
I have equally lodged in a Church guest house at N4,500 per night for 4 days during a program and all the 100 rooms were fully booked, that amounted to N1.8m in 4 days.

12. Car wash

Note that most of these business can be run within the Church promises with little cost of startup or operation.

If you have between 20-50 consistent adults, you can start any of these businesses within your premises.

Conclusively, Dear Pastor, engage in the business of soul winning and engage in the business of fund raising through commercial activities in the ministry.

When you hear a man say we don't raise money in this Church, he is telling you the truth because he has already raised the money through the businesses of the ministry.

Wisdom is profitable to direct.

Today, in this new week on
this blessed Sunday, as we honour God to appear before Him in His Sanctuary.
May His presence and power engulf us and take us into the inner courts of favour.
May He guide our feet away from danger and disaster, guard our hearts for noble thoughts.
Clothe us with the garment of joyful songs, thanksgiving and praise. Our thanksgiving will yield increase in all we do, our praise will bring us generational blessings while our joyful songs will produce everlasting joy and rejoicing. We will not go back as we came. All our heart desires will receive heaven's attention in the Name of Jesus.

FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT ARE VERY CLOSE TO YOUR PASTORS AT DIFFERENT LEVELS:

When you are close to your Pastor and he becomes very free with you, Dont gets carried away and discuss with others what your Pastor dont wants them to hear.

Let no one use you to hear from a man of God, what you got to know because you are privileged to be close to him.

One thing I know about a Pastor is that, when they start seeing you as a brother and a sister to them and not just a member, you may begin to see more of the after altar realities.

Because then, you have given them a reason to be free with you.

Never abuse that privilege.

Remember most people wants to be in your shoes.

So be extremely faithful to him.

One thing about a Pastor with prophetic Grace, they can smell betrayal even when there is no evidence of betrayal.

Always know you are dealing with a spirit and not just a human being.

God sees and hears everything.

When you are unfaithful to a man of God behind him, if God don't judge you immediately, it is for two reasons.

1. God wants you to repent.

2. The enemy wants you to be destroyed without remedy.

Never forget, no matter what you know, they are still Gods servant and not your own servant.

I pray it gets to those that are close to the altars at different ministries.

Either the physical altar or the spiritual altar.

THE PAINFUL EXPERIENCES IN MINISTRY

Ministry is so Deep that certain things we can't explain until we get to heaven.

If you have been around in ministry, you will understand that God designed it in such a way that you can give what you don't have as a pastor

I mean as a pastor, God can use you to perform Miracles in the lives of your followers including strangers in the areas you lack same miracles

> 2 Corinthians 6:10 ...As poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.

EXAMPLES

Followers testifying of children after 15years and above of delay, yet the pastor does not have children

Followers testifying of marital peace and longevity, yet the Pastor's marriage has collapsed

Followers testifying of financial breakthrough, yet the pastor is poor.

Followers testifying of marital settlement, yet the pastor can't find a life partner

Followers testifying of God's preservation, yet the pastor is burying his family including biological children

Followers testifying of deep encounters with the God of their pastor's commission, yet pastor's immediate family members are carnal

Followers are testifying healing and deliverance, yet the pastor and family sick

Elisha died a sick prophet but his many years bones resurrected a dead person.

Only the matured pastor will celebrate what God is doing through him in the lives of his followers genuinely, without feeling bad or jealous.

Certain questions in ministry we can't answer until we meet him face to face

NAKED TRUTH ABOUT LIFE😭😭😭

1. He drops you off and drives back to his wife and kids.

2. He throws away used Condoms as he goes home.

3. He buys sweets to clean your fragrance no matter how expensive it can be

4. He forgives himself for cheating as he is driving to the mother of his Children.

4 He first takes shower to remove your unwanted sweats.

5. He then convinces him self that he can't leave his Wife and Children because of you.

6. He hugs her and ask his children about education.

7. He eats food cooked by his wife not two pieces of KFC he bought for you.

8. After eating he relax on the couch, and they both go to the bedroom.

9. They discuss about the future while she is lying on his chest.

10. Then they make love (Not s*x which he had with you).

11. He doesn't take bath after it because he is used to that Aroma of his Wife.

12. She continues lying on his chest while discussing their investment, policies and planning their Anniversary.

13. And you are alone struggling with s*x because he just did a fast.

14. He gave you 100k and your Mother is boasting that she has a discplined daughter not knowing that you are slowly turning to the resting zone of a bored Husband of some one.

My sister it is not too late, know your values and have goals that Man will never take you anywhere. Find your own Man and God will surely bless you.
