Exod.17.11-12: As long as Moses held up the staff with his hands, the Israelites had the advantage. But whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites gained the upper hand. Moses' arms finally became too tired to hold up the staff any longer. So Aaron and Hur found a stone for him to sit on. Then they stood on each side, holding up his hands until sunset.

The authority to lead and to raise hands to God for God's people is solely the responsibility of Moses.

What happens in the days this responsibility becomes a burden for the chosen one, putting God's people at the mercy of their enemies and the men who ought to be serving servants of these leaders saw the need to do it better than Moses?

Who are the men (leaders)?, that can stand in gap, untill victory is accomplished.
