Repentance: Eternity is Not a Day (Prt1).

There's no sin God cannot forgive as far as man can repent. God will not fail to forgive anyone who turns and repents. It is God's greatest joy to forgive sinners. You may be wondering today:"can God still forgive me after all my great sins? The answer is YES God will forgive you if you can repent. See God's word: "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"(2Peter 3:9). This means, it's not God's will for you to perish, if you don't repent, you will perish, but if you repent you will be saved. Period.
Repentance is our first key to unlock Father and Sons relationship of love with God, Our Father. According to the Bible, without repentance there can't be remission of sin there can't be forgiveness of sin and if your sins are not forgiven there is no way you can walk with God, Mark 1:4 says: "John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sin". That scripture you've just read is making us know that the first thing that is needed before any man can receive salvation is repentance. Repentance is the first step you MUST take towards God. See this: (Acts 20: 21)"testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ". Repentance towards God? Yes, it a step you must take and continue to take as you journey with God in this glorious journey of eternal life.
The purpose of repentance is for sinners all (Human Race) to hear the word/voice of God calling them to turn from their wicked ways, to turn from your sinful life unto God's righteous way/word. That's the chief purpose Jesus Christ, the Son of God came into the world:(Mark 2: 17)"When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance."
Some people are living guilty life, they live each day and each moment feeling guilty about themselves and about anything of God. They feel sorrow, depressed, empty, confused, etc all these are the feeling God give to them in order to draw them to repentance, to draw them closer to Himself. I'm believing in God that you will experience emotional, spiritual and total mental healings as you prayerfully and humbly go through this inspired message today.
What is repentance? Biblically, repentance is the activity of reviewing ones' errors, sins or mistakes and having feelings of conviction, regrets, guilt or feeling of contrition about it, and making a commitment and determination not to commit such sin or error again, you must also make efforts to correct the wrong done and make restitutions where, if necessary, depends on the situation. To repent means to hear God's voice/word and think and change your wrong ways of living your life in order to obtain forgiveness from God and hence receive His mercy and favour, averting impending evil judgement.
No matter how far you've been in the valley of darkness and gloom, Jesus Christ will save you today. Yes, those sins and mistakes that are eating you up on every side shall be wiped away. Evil association corrupt good manners. Who are your friends? Repentance must include a change in your socializations. If you die in your sinful condition, you will have yourself to be blamed, eternity is Not a Day. Don't leave your eternity to chance. Confess your sins to God today and ask Jesus Christ to come into your heart, if you need to confide in your Pastor, please do, and ask for prayers. Abortion of innocent children is a serious sin, it's a murder, cry to God today so that you may be healed. Don't harden your heart, break your heart before God and cry for mercy, I trust and know God will hear you and turn that your ugly situation into amazing testimony and give you joy again. Rend your heart. Cry, cry, Cry for mercy in the name of Jesus Christ. Read Psalm 32 and Psalm 51. Make sure you read those Psalm 32 & Psalm 51 into a bottle of water and drink it and do what God says in those books of Psalms. See you next week, Shalom!!

What to do When The Enemy is Pursuing You.

Is the enemy pursuing you? Let's get straight to the chase, this is what God wants you to do: "...7Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. 9Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. 10Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up."(James 4:7-10). Can you do that? If Yes!, congratulations. The scripture of passage today starts with a question and answer to the question as well: "...from whence come wars and fightings among you?" This question is very important and it's an eye opener. What is the origin Of battles amongst men? Why do you have enemy or why are you fighting another man/woman? Here is the answer; James 4:1b "... come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?" Do you know what that means? It means battles/wars in your life started the day somebody somewhere jealously desires what you have, whom you are and/or where you're at. It also means that wars began in your own life the very day you begin to sin against God because of your lustful desires for the things that are against the commandments of God. These are the things that bring wars/battles into your life. Now, what must you do to escape from evil people and the invisible enemies that are pursuing you? Since it's lust and sins that bring wars into your life, the first thing you need to do is to make peace with God. God hates sin but He loves you. Sin is of the devil and of the world and those that choose to continually live in sin are enemies of God because sin comprises of all kinds of wickedness. You can't be an enemy of God and expect things to be well with you. No! All can not be well with us IF we continually put ourselves on the dangerous side of God. Bitter truth! James 4:4)". Friend where do you stand? A friend of God? Or an enemy of God? If you are born again and you're still wallowing in sin, the enemy will keep pursuing you to destroy you, but if you repent and you return to God today and ask him for mercy and forgiveness, I'm very sure God will forgive you and deliver you from those who are seeking to destroy you, because God's been waiting for you all these while. If you have not received Christ Jesus as your saviour, thank God it's not too late-you're not dead yet. Close your eyes at this moment, confess your sins to God, ask for mercy and forgiveness, you must also forgive those who offended you (forgive), and receive Christ Jesus into your heart, tell the Lord Jesus Christ to come into your heart and wash away your sins by His blood."2Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. 3Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts." (James 4:2,3)." Prayer is the power to God and it's the advantage you over and against all your enemies. God promised to answer prayers if only you can just call on Him. You don't need to construct big special words for God to hear you. The message of today is making us to understand that we should ask God anything we need according to His will in life because self struggle can not save us from the onslaught of the wicked enemies that are pursuing you. You don't have power against those enemies, it's only the power of God that can deliver you in this wicked world. From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? 2Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. 3Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. 4Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. 5Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy? 6But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. 7Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. 9Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. 10Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.
