*GOD HAS A PURPOSE FOR YOUR LIFE* (Evang. Emeka Chieki)
As l looked up in a dictionary the word " purpose" l discovered that, it is the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists. So, God has a purpose for your life to fulfill in this world and not for you to run on your own Accord and strength pursing what is not your purpose. Lack of understanding of your purpose in this life will bring chaos and misery.
Let us look at the life of Prophet Jeremiah and his purpose which God revealed to him. ( Jeremiah 1:5) " Before l formed thee in the belly l knew thee ; and before thou camest forth out of the womb l sanctified thee, and l ordained thee a Prophet unto the nations. By this word of the Lord to Jeremiah, it reveals to us the omniscient, omnipotent nature of God. He designed a role for Jeremiah to play in the life of the children of Israel His chosen nation. When He chooses you for purpose, He backs you up with His power and might, because of the opposition you will encounter in this word. See what He told Jeremiah in ( Jeremiah 1: 7, 8,10, 17-19) " But the Lord said unto me, say not , l am a child; for thou shall go to all that l shall send thee, and whatsoever l command thee thou shall speak (8) Be not afraid of their faces : for l am with thee to deliver thee , saith the Lord. (10) See, l have this day set thee over the nations and over the Kingdoms , to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant (17) Thou therefore gird up thy loins and arise, and speak unto them all that l command thee: be not dismayed at their faces, lest l confound thee before them. (18) For, behold, l have made thee this day a defensed city, and an iron pillar, and brasen walls against the whole land, against the Kings of Judah, against the princes thereof, against the priests thereof, and against the people of the land.(19) And they shall fight against thee; but they shall not prevail against thee; for l am with thee, saith the Lord, to deliver thee." This is what He told Jeremiah and telling you today of His iron clad promise to fulfill His purpose for your life.
In the book of 2 Timothy 1:9 " Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began". What Christ did for us on the Cross of Calvary, we did not call Him, rather He called us into His marvelous light and purpose. He opened the way to God through what He did for us on the Cross, We need now to place our faith in Him and what He did for us on the Cross of Calvary and ask Him to reveal His purpose for our lives. Not for us to grope in the dark and do all sort of things, thinking we are serving God. He preserve's and protect His purpose in any man He called . ( Romans 8:31) " What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us"? (This refers to the suffering presently endured,in comparison to " Glory which shall be revealed in us, believers". Since God is for us,it is who can be against us that will really matter)
As a child of purpose, you must fulfill your purpose in this life, you must come to Jesus as this message enters into you, leave the things of the world and ask Him to reveal your purpose for you, so that you can run with it.
An Evangelist commissioned by God ,to prepare souls for the end time, through the knowledge of God and the cross of Calvary.
