Consistency

Just like building a career, learning a new skill, building relationships, building your business and building your relationship with God, you can't just overlook this word

Have you watched closely the people who are largely successful in their career or art..ask them their secret weapon, they will just smile and tell you "stay at it"..

My brothers and sisters, in life you will find 1001 reasons to give up on your hustle, in your relationship with man and God but always remember to stay at it..

Rome wasn't built in a day, Thomas Edison who discovered light bulb was said to have failed severally before succeeding

Imagine if Thomas Edison gave up on his first trial, imagine if the widow in the Bible wasn't consistent in her request to God and fainted after the first request or have you forgotten the friend in the midnight seeking for help from his friend.

Whatever you are doing and you love it .just stay at it...Have a blessed Monday.

To your continuous success 🤩🤩

PS : Yes o..we have a new update..check it out o

BAPTISM
You got it right if your earlier guess was water. Water is essential to life on earth and in the next step, it’s also important. Baptism is key to salvation. It is a prerequisite for anyone who wants to become a Christian. It’s symbolic of burial with Christ. Now I want to ask, has anyone been to a burial where they put the body on the surface and just sprinkle dust and that’s all? My guess is No and the normal thing to do is dig the ground to a conventional six feet depth or thereabout and place the body and cover it completely. Now that’s a proper burial. In baptism the candidate ought to be COMPLETELY IMMERSED IN WATER.
Remember it’s a burial and it symbolizes that the person is now dead to his old sinful self and is a new creature in Christ Jesus. Examples abound to prove this in the Bible. In no place was there any other form of baptism used in the New Testament.
In Philip’s encounter with the Ethiopian Eu**ch who was obviously an important man and carrying water for such a long journey, you would see that God provided a BODY OF WATER enough for immersion. Acts 8:38-39.
So harken to the words of Acts 22:16. Tomorrow may be too late!

CONFESSION
Ahaaaaaaa, we got you there right! This is not a very pleasant thing to do for many. Imagine been wrong and having to admit you are wrong to so many people. Arghhh, not exactly a favourite activity to do but it is very important. Romans 10:10, tells us ‘for with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation’.
When we talk of confession, it’s not necessarily to tell another mortal about our sins, NO! We confess Jesus Christ as our Lord and personal saviour. You may be wondering, why is this necessary? Let me draw our minds to an incident in the book of Mathew 16, in verse 16, Simon Peter made a confession ‘Thou art Christ, the son of the living God’, in verse 18, the very popular verse which is usually misconstrued, Jesus Christ said ‘Thou art Peter and upon this rock I would build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it’. The ‘Rock’ referred to in that passage is the Confession of Peter that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God.
To buttress the above point in Acts 8:37, The Ethiopian Eu**ch had to make this same confession ‘I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God’. That’s the confession!
Not to worry, you don’t need to tell anyone your deeds. God who is our creator is Omniscient and Omnipresent, he sees and knows all! The next step is involves an element we all know.
Clue: 70% of our bodies are made from it ;) .
