- God created man to represent his governance on earth and give him glory and worship him.

- A life without purpose is a meaningless life. The greatest tragedy in life is living without purpose. When the purpose of a thing is unknown abuse is inevitable. If you’re not living for something you’re living for nothing.

How to recognize your purpose;

* Passion/hunger: Something of interest without much motivation to do it. Sometimes God puts passion/hunger in your life to bring out your purpose. Many purpose are in a mans heart but it takes wisdom to bring them out.

How to fulfill your purpose;

* Plan
* Sacrifice
* Consistency
* Self confidence
* Patience
* improve your standard

Text: Exodus 18:22, Act 6:3

- When selecting leaders is your work place, business place, look for capable men. Select leaders that fear God, you cant be a leader if you don’t have the fear of God.

Principles of Godly leadership;

* You must be born again and filled with the Holy Ghost. The lifestyle of a leader is a message to those that he is leading.

* A Godly leader must be a person of truth, Godly report, hate covetousness and must be someone that is satisfied.

Three elements of leadership; Isaiah 9:6, Habakkuk 2:2

* Vision: if you don’t have a vision you’re not qualified to be a leader

* Mission: mission is itemizing categorically how you will achieve your vision.

* Values: If you must be a successful leader, itemize your core values.

Examples of core values;

* Godliness
* Accountability
* Integrity
* Respect
* Innovation
* Professionalism

- Leadership is a great work and nothing works untill the leader works. Leadership is a responsibility.

* Lifting is the nature of God, and also one of God’s talent. The lord is the lifter of men, lifting of a man is not tied to struggle lifting is of the Lord. Most times God allows you go through some challenges to make you strong.

Element of lifting;

- Mercy: Rom 9:15 Mercy is the weekest side of God
-Favour: Favour is divine acceptability. Favour is the fragment of the help from God to a man. Favour is the license of operation by divinity over humanity.

Principles that brings lifting;

- Principle of deligence prov 22:2 Diligence is been serious for all your activities

-Principle of honor:2 Chron 26:5

- Service: The easier way to then throne of God is service 1timothy 5:7

-Sacrifice

I declare may the lord lift you before the end of this year in Jesus name
