SOME OF THE CAUSES OF ADULTERY IN SOME PASTORS

LORD GIVE YOUR SERVANTS DIVINE SELF CONTROL IN CHRIST JESUS NAME:

The rate of sexual immorality has increased among pastors for the past 15-20 years and believers seem not to understand why those that they are looking up to are the most affected.

Adulterous cases has hit most reverend men of GOD in the country and worldwide, which to the greatest extent it is not encouraging the young and upcoming believers.

The truth is that our LORD GOD has made provisions for all these thing, through HIS word, in the Bible and through the leadership of the HOLY SPIRIT.

There are so many young people who want to be used by the GOD, but they lack the moral stamina, it takes to stand perfect and upright in a world that is filled with deeper or deepest levels of immorality.

This article is for both pastors, upcoming pastors and every believer who wants to make it to heaven at last.

The Bible says, "Of what use or importance is it for you to gain the whole world and loose your soul?"

The following are some of the reasons why pastors find it difficult to control themselves when it comes to fornication and adultery;

1. BAD FOUNDATION

The truth is that you are a true definition and revelation of your training background.

You can see this from the life of the Apostles.
CHRIST JESUS formed the foundation for their training and it was never recorded in the Bible that any of the Apostles were involved in any sexual misconduct.

Some of these pastors where trained by men who themselves were not well grounded in CHRIST JESUS and given to same life style, hence, they behave as they do.

Your foundation must be well grounded and established before you can climb the pulpit to preach to people. It is not an easy thing but your foundation contributes in no small measure to how you live.

2. LACK OF FELLOWSHIP WITH GOD AND HIS HOLY SPIRIT.

You cannot starts preaching because you can read and interpret the bible. I've discovered that most of these generation ministers jumped into ministry without spending time with GOD.

It is the effectiveness of your fellowship with GOD that determines how you serve and honour HIM. CHRIST JESUS was known to be a prayer man. In most cases HE did night vigils alone.

Adam and Eve could not be with GOD because they ran away from fellowshipping with HIM.
It is in the place of fellowship that the LORD our GOD begins to deal with the strives and lust of our flesh.

3. LACK OF A SPIRITUAL FATHER AND MENTORSHIP.

Any man that is not accountable is not worth preaching the word of GOD.
The Apostles were accountable to one another.

Timothy was accountable to Paul and that helped him to receive letters of encouragement, mentorship and writings that helped him exalt his holy life.

Most of these last day pastors are not accountable.
Some of them just wake up and open churches without passing through the required process.

4. LACK OF LOVE AND REVERENCE FOR THEIR WIVES.

A pastor who loves and respects his wife will never go on to cheat on her.
However, today we have pastors who just love preaching without practicing what they are preaching.

They preach love but do not practice it. They preach loyalty and respect, even build loyalty around themselves, among their followers, yet they are not loyal to the very one that has their lives in her hand.

We can never downplay or underestimate the place or power of our wife's. She makes the meal, fix the house and has the power to do and undo us.

THE WAY OUT OF THIS MESS IS;

1. Go back to the secret place and ask CHRIST JESUS to help you build capacity and victory over the temptations of your flesh.

2. Study and keep meditating on the world of GOD.

3. Pastors should have mentors and people who are free from sexual immorality/adultery and fornication, who can discipline them.

This is Easter, i see different program tags and theme flying. JESUS CHRIST died a day as this and resurrected a season as this.

The truth is, CHRIST JESUS will not die again another time, but waiting for our own death. We can be alive and yet dead to flesh and sin. Those alive to this world have no place in CHRIST JESUS. Die to yourself and then live in HIM.

```ANOTHER DNA PROBLEM

Breaking News!!!

A 58year old retired banker in Lekki secretly did DNA test for his 4 kids, results came out negative. The test was carried out at a popular hospital in victoria Island.

He became very angry that he beat the children mercilessly threw them out of the house, told them that he is not their father.

The wife came back from market, reaching home but didn't see the children. She asked her husband where about of the children, the next thing she see was a knife in her husband's hand, before she could ran, it was too late.

She saw herself falling to the ground with blood oozing out from her neck.

The husband saw 20 miss call from the hospital he called back just for the doctor to tell him that the results was not his own that it was a mistake and that his own results are out and all his children belongs to him!

A mistake he said!! Tears ran from his eyes, his hands began to shake. He saw his dying wife on the ground, tried to hold her but his body was too shaking that he fainted.

He opened his eyes it was a dream!!!

Make your way Prosperous !!

This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
Joshua 1:8

this new week, and prepare to enter 2021 we must consider these things.

The kingdom of God operates by principles, and it's our obedience to these principles that provoke our experience of the benefits of the Lord. From our opening scripture we see that principle that God revealed to Joshua when it comes to experiencing the prosperity that comes from above, we must understand that any prosperity which is not brought about by meditation on the scripture is not of God! So the issue is not just about prosperity, but much more about the kind of prosperity that glorifies God, and definitely God is only glorified when we prosper by righteous means!

Righteousness is the proof that our prosperity is born of the grace of God and not the efforts of Man, and we must emphasize that whatever material thing we possessed by unrighteous ways cannot advance the purpose of God in our lives, in other words when you pursue prosperity by unrighteous means you may become rich in silver and Gold but you will be wretched in the Spirit, because the prosperity that comes by worldly standards ensnares our souls and makes us slaves to the devil, but the prosperity that comes by Godly standards facilitates the fulfillment of the purpose of God on the earth realm.

Although God has promised us prosperity,the experience of that prosperity depends on our obedience to His instruction, and the instruction is to meditate on his word day and night!
The importance of meditation in the Christian life cannot be overstated. Understanding exactly what meditation is and its purpose in our Christian life is the key to true spiritual growth, and enjoying fellowship with God and the experience of the blessings of God every day.
The greatest advantage of meditation is that meditation, sanctifies our Mind and aligns our thoughts to the way of God.

Many of us have neglected our minds and are struggling to change our lives, such efforts will never yield any positive fruits because every change in life is a response to a change in mind; Therefore, if you want to renew your Life, you MUST first renew your mind! For how you live is an expression of how you think! And When it comes to renewing our minds, there is nothing more effective than meditation.

God wanted Joshua to know that if Joshua has the right mind, he will have the right life! And his mind can only be made right if he sees and hears the right things and what is more right than the Scriptures? For it is written “in the Gospel, the righteousness of God is revealed” so God commanded him to meditate upon the Word night and day so that his mind be sanctified by the Word and consequently he will bear fruits of righteousness which will empower him to prosper! Many people want to prosper in their lives, but few understand that the secret of prosperity lies in their spiritual growth. In other words, the prosperity of your hand depends on the prosperity of your heart. Every poor man has a poor mind! You should not just sit and wait for your life to be prosperous, you can make your way prosperous, you can have good success if the word of the Lord dwells richly in you.
