We PUSHed in prayer today! 🔥🙏🏽

We came before God with our burdens, our expectations, and our faith, trusting the One who answers when we call.

We may not have seen every answer yet, but we know our prayers are not in vain.

Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep PUSHing.
Something will happen! 🙌🏽

At the end of it all, when everything else fades, only Jesus matters. Only He makes sense. ❤️‍🔥

The applause, achievements, possessions and pleasures of this world cannot satisfy the deepest place in us. We were created for Him.

“Christ is all, and in all.” — Colossians 3:11

If you have tried everything else and still feel empty, come to Jesus. He is not just a part of your story; He is the answer. 🙏🏽✨

When Christ is in front, praise becomes more than a melody—it becomes an offering. 🙌🏽🔥

“Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.” — Psalm 150:6

THE AFTERMATH OF WORSHIP

Text: 2 Chronicles 5:12–14
Preacher: Pst Mrs Sandra Amedu

Worship is not just about what happens while we sing. There should be an aftermath of worship—something should happen to us after we have encountered God.

In 2 Chronicles 5:12–14, when the priests and singers worshipped God with one accord, the glory of the Lord filled the temple. Their worship created an atmosphere for God's glory to manifest.

1. The Aftermath of Worship Is Glory

When true worship rises, God's glory comes down.

The Bible says, “The house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the Lord.” The worship did not end with singing; it resulted in an encounter with God's glory.

There should be glory in the temple, glory in our bodies, and glory in our lives.

Our lives are now the temple of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, worship should cause God's glory to be evident in the way we live, speak, behave and relate with others.

Worship should leave evidence of God's presence upon us.

2. The Aftermath of Worship Is Transformation

You cannot genuinely encounter God and remain exactly the same.

When we worship God, He works on our hearts, our attitudes, our desires and our character. Worship should transform us from the inside out.

If we worship God but continue living exactly the same way, we need to ask ourselves whether we have truly encountered Him.

True worship changes us.

After worship, there should be a change in our priorities, our character, our relationships and our walk with God.

We don't just worship and leave God's presence—we carry the evidence of His presence with us.

Conclusion

The question is not only, “Did I worship?”

The greater question is, “What happened after I worshipped?”

Did God's glory become evident in my life?
Was my heart transformed?
Did I become more like Christ?

May our worship not end with songs. May it produce glory, transformation and a life that continually carries the presence of God.
