Matthew 9:36-38 AMPC
[36] When He saw the throngs, He was moved with pity and sympathy for them, because they were bewildered (harassed and distressed and dejected and helpless), like sheep without a shepherd.
[37] Then He said to His disciples, The harvest is indeed plentiful, but the laborers are few.
[38] So pray to the Lord of the harvest to force out and thrust laborers into His harvest...

It is the Lord desire that we see things, the way he sees it. That we help in the fulfilling of his agenda for creation on earth.
It is in this light that we call for CO-LABOURERS with God, that would serve in this conference

Hebrews 6:10 AMPC
[10] For God is not unrighteous to forget or overlook your labor and the love which you have shown for His name's sake in ministering to the needs of the saints (His own consecrated people), as you still do.
