*YOU ARE NOT ALONE*
📖 Text: Isaiah 41:10; Matthew 28:20; Hebrews 13:5
Beloved, one of the greatest assurances God has given His children is His abiding presence. Human beings may forsake us, friends may turn their backs, and situations may make us feel forgotten, but the Word of God declares, “I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee” (Hebrews 13:5).
In Isaiah 41:10, the Lord says, “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God.” That means no matter the storm, you are not facing it alone. When you pass through the waters, He is there. When the fire rages, His presence shields you (Isaiah 43:2). Even in the valley of the shadow of death, you are not alone, for the Shepherd walks with you (Psalm 23:4).
Jesus Himself sealed this promise in Matthew 28:20, saying, “Lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.” His presence brings comfort in loneliness, strength in weakness, and boldness in the face of fear. Like Paul, we can say, “The Lord stood with me, and strengthened me” (2 Timothy 4:17).
*Applications*
1. When challenges arise, remember: God is closer than the problem.
2. In moments of fear, whisper to yourself: “I am not alone; God is with me.”
3. When serving God, step out in confidence, knowing He backs you up.
*Charge & Action Points*
Trust His Word daily—remind yourself of His promises.
Practice His presence—pray, worship, and acknowledge Him in every step.
Be a comforter—encourage others who feel forsaken that God is near.
*Prayer*
Lord, I thank You because I am never alone. Your presence is my strength, my comfort, and my guide. Help me to walk daily in this assurance and to encourage others with this truth. Amen.
