Calvary greetings to you all and glory to God for another new day which He has made. May He protect and provide for us today in Jesus' name!
The Almighty God in Proverbs 3:1-2 NIV admonishes us thus: "My son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your heart, for they will prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity".
True prosperity, laced with satisfying peace and long life result from obedience to God's commandments. Obedience to the command of the Lord which is better than sacrifice equals love for Jesus Christ (John 14:15,21). Love for Christ in turn is righteousness, because He is righteousness personified.
Meditate over today's teaching and do your best to abide by the Word if you want to live a long and peaceful life in prosperity.
May the Holy Spirit help us obey in Jesus' name! Amen.

Good morning brethren. Glory to God for making us see another beautiful day.
In 2 Corinthians 3:2 KJVAAE, the Word of God says: "Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men".
In this passage, Apostle Paul tells us the believers that our transformed lives act as a living letter from Christ Himself. An "epistle" is simply a letter and the author is the Holy Spirit, written not with ink on scroll, paper or stone tablet, but on human hearts. The epistle is known and read by all people. Your daily life and actions serve as the primary message about Christ that the surrounding world reads. The change which happens within your heart through the Holy Spirit, reflects Jesus to others. Is that your experience? How do people in your church, family and environment see you? Matthew 7:16 & 20 says ‘by their fruits, we shall know them’. As a pastor, are your members an epistle of Christ written in your heart? As a Christian, are you a written epistle of Christ to your neighbours? If not, you are yet to become a born-again; a new creature. The Word of God your pastor or reverend teaches you has not transformed you (Romans 12:1).
Therefore repent, turn a new leaf, for Christ our judge is on the way coming back to establish His government and then judge the world.
May the Holy Spirit give you understanding and help you obey in Jesus’ name! Amen.

Beloved in Christ Jesus, glory to our God for waking us up to see another 1st day of a new month. Alleluia to His holy name!
God the Almighty in Ezekiel 34:26 NIV made this promise to us:
"I will make them and the places surrounding my hill a blessing. I will send down showers in season; there will be showers of blessing".
I hereby stand on this authority to declare showers of blessing upon each and everyone of us in Jesus' name! Amen.
Good morning; happy weekend and new month to you all!
See you in tomorrow’s service God willing. SL -CEARC.

Galatians 1:10 KJVAAE says: "For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ".
Beloved in Christ Jesus, who do you persuade or please? God or fellow human? This verse makes it clear that if you yet pleased man rather than God, you are not a servant of Lord Jesus Christ. Re-examine yourself accordingly and take necessary action. Christ is the judge.
May the Holy Spirit guide you in the process in Jesus' name! Amen.
Good morning and enjoy your weekend.

Jehovah in Proverbs 28:20 KJVAAE warns us that “A faithful man shall abound with blessings: but he that maketh haste to be rich shall not be innocent”. Let’s do our best to live righteously. Be honest, truthful and just in all your dealings with fellow humans. That’s the way to making heaven. Thanks for the understanding and obedience. Alleluia!

Good morning brethren. Let us glorify the Almighty God for His faithfulness. May He bless the works of our hands today in Jesus’ name! Amen.
“For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world”. Titus 2:11-12 KJVAAE
May the Holy Spirit give us understanding and the enablement to obey in Jesus’ name! Amen.Good morning brethren. Let us glorify the Almighty God for His faithfulness. May He bless the works of our hands today in Jesus’ name! Amen.

Calvary greetings and welcome to another bright new day which the Lord has made. Glory to His holy name forever and ever! Amen.
1 Corinthians 1:24 KJVAAE tells us that: “but unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God…”.
This verse is very clear on the facts that Christ is the power of God as well as God’s wisdom to all believers. Certainly, Christ is the Word of God, and it’s in the Word that the power of God (Holy Spirit) is. Oftentimes, believers are more interested in Christ, the power of God than in Christ, the wisdom of God. We rush to where signs, wonders, miracles and sometimes, magic in the name of miracles are advertised, forgetting that Christ, the wisdom (salvation of man) should be as important to us too if not even more. Seeking, finding and abiding with God’s wisdom (Christ) guarantees our salvation and qualification to make heaven. It’s the right choice to make and a manifestation of our understanding of the holy Bible. Matthew 6:33 makes it even clearer, because Christ is God’s righteousness which we are supposed to seek first, with a resultant manifestation of the power. Do not be carried away by the power; seek God’s wisdom first.
May the Holy Spirit give us understanding and help us obey in Jesus’ mighty name! Amen.

Good morning my beloved family in Christ Jesus. Glory to God for making us see another beautiful day. May He bless the works of our hands in Jesus’ name!
My lovely brethren, thanks for joining us in the 7-day prayer for my beloved country Nigeria which ended yesterday. God confirmed through His Word in Psalm 66:19-20 which says: “but verily God hath heard me; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer. Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me” that He answered our prayer. Alleluia to His holy name forever and ever! Amen.
Some of our brethren asked why we used Psalm 69:27 for the prayer, rather than asking God to change or help them repent.
After praying for those people for many years without seeing signs of willingness to repent, I decided to copy Apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 5:5 and 1 Timothy 1:20, bearing Proverbs 19:21 in mind, and the fact that God answers prayers said according to His will only.
May His name be exalted above every other name for answering us! May He meet you at the points of your needs in Jesus’ name! Amen. Thanks once again for loving my country.

God in 1 Corinthians 1:21 KJVAAE reveals that “For after that in the wisdom of God, the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe”.
God uses ordinary, lowly, or unpolished people instead of society's elites. This reverses human standards and stops people from bragging about their own power or smartness. Society looks at a person's money, power, fame, and school degrees. God works in a completely different way. He picks people who lack high status to show His truth.
People who think they are very wise or strong rely on themselves. When God uses humble people to change the world, it proves human pride is empty. It also shows that human brainpower cannot figure out God on its own.
The world in selecting a team, often uses a person's abilities, status, and history of success as part of the criteria. God doesn't consider those things primarily, but chooses by His grace. He then trains, sanctifies and uses according to His will and purpose. That's where the difference lies, and that’s what makes Him the Almighty God He is.
Man therefore is not supposed to fashion out his own wisdom, but rather seek, discover and abide by God’s wisdom in order to fulfill God’s purpose in our lives.
Ecclesiastes 3:11 KJVAAE reveals that “He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end”. This means that no matter your level of education, personal wisdom or research, you cannot find out the work God made from the beginning to the end. This is also why formulating and depending on your own wisdom cannot give you fulfillment.
Jesus Christ is God’s wisdom personified – 1 Cor. 1:24. Believe in Him, accept and confess Him as your Lord and Saviour. Be baptized into Him, eat His flesh and drink His blood (Holy Communion) and continue to fellowship with believers.
Doing this guarantees your Salvation which is our ultimate goal.
May the Holy Spirit help us to understand and obey in Jesus’ name! Amen. Alleluia!SL - CEARC
