Selective obedience is subtle.
It doesn’t always look like rebellion… sometimes it looks like “I tried,” “at least I did something,” or “this part isn’t that serious.”
But God doesn’t call us to edit His instructions to fit our comfort. He calls us to trust Him fully, even when it stretches us, even when it’s inconvenient, even when it costs us something.
Today at Brunch n’ Pray, we’re having an honest conversation about the places where we obey halfway, delay obedience, or quietly replace God’s voice with our own preferences.
Not from a place of shame… but from a place of growth. From a place of wanting more. From a place of saying, “God, I don’t just want to hear You,I want to follow You completely.”
If you’ve ever found yourself: – justifying what God clearly said
– postponing obedience
– or choosing what feels easier over what is right
This is for you.
Come as you are. No pressure, no pretending. Just a real space to reflect, learn, and gently realign your heart.
Because partial obedience still keeps us from the fullness God desires for us.
And there is so much more on the other side of surrender.
