PEOPLE ARE NOT PROJECTS

People are not projects. They are the reason we are called, entrusted with ministry, and given the grace and gift to serve.

Treat people with respect and dignity. Honor those who come to your conference, including senior pastors and leaders who take time to listen to you preach.

Instruct your ushers and workers to never disrespect anyone who attends your meetings, especially heads of ministry who see you as one being entrusted with grace and gift of the Spirit.

Stand alongside people, not above them. Affirm them, strengthen them, and serve them with humility and love.

There are many broken hearts out there so many that, if you are truly a shepherd, it will at times break your own heart.

People are not projects.

Help me, Holy Spirit. Have mercy on me.
