- Procurement and distribution of teaching and learning materials as follows: 10,000 textbooks in English and Igbo respectively. Completed.
- Purchase and distribution of 5,000 school desks to some basic education schools in the state. Completed.
- Procurement and distribution of 2,860 school sandals, 2,860 school bags to basic education schools.
- Procurement and distribution of sports materials, such as: goal posts, goal post nets, footballs, etc.
- Procurement and planting of trees in 30 basic education schools in each of the three senatorial zones in the state.
- Empowerment of 1,500 Ebonyi youths with N1m each.
- Empowerment of 2040 Ebonyi people with N180,000 each under the Labour Intensive Public Works of NG-Cares, World Bank Program. First Batch completed.
In the area of infrastructure, the Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru-led administration has done its best, most especially as it concerns the number of kilometers of roads projects - completed and ongoing.
Apart from infrastructure, the present administration has to its merit a leading superlative score ahead of other administrations particularly in employment, human capital development, education, poverty eradication, housing, agriculture and health. In line with the People's Charter of Needs Agenda of the present administration. Indeed, the list is inexhaustible. More list coming.
