TOPIC: LIVING BY FAITH.
TEXT: Eph. 3:12 - in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him.
THE WORD:
Faith is bold, we have boldness and access through our faith. When living by faith becomes your lifestyle, you become bold and fear no devil. Living by faith makes you grow in your fellowship and relationship with God.
Living by faith makes the spirit of faith to take hold of you and possess you. The truth is, you can’t see God in His glory and fullness and still have one regard for the devil. The cure for timidity is the revelation of God. Your revelation of God and the works of the Christ embolden you.
God has not given us the spirit of fear (2 Tim. 1:7). If you are afraid of what men can do to you, it’s because you have not allow God to have His proper place in your life. It can’t be described, it can only be experienced.
David said in psalms 27:1- The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?.
This is faith talking. Many times we are looking at the size of our problems and not the size of God. Other times we are telling God how impossible the situations are, instead of telling the situations the ability God that we represent.
Remember I said yesterday in our devotional, what you don’t like, change it. Make the difference in your life by stirring that boldness within you. God is able to do amazing wonders if you will be bold to take Him by His word. Be bold child of God. Fear is an illusion. The presence of God around you is heavy. He made a vow and took an oath concerning this matter to be with you always and never to forsake you (Deut.31:8).
Don’t be afraid to say or do what the word of God says you are. Declare them boldly and daily and act on them. Speak your convictions boldly and daily and take over your space in life.
