One of the biggest misconceptions about leadership is thinking that leadership starts with a title. It doesn’t.

Leadership starts with service.

Many people want the spotlight without first embracing the backstage. They crave influence but avoid responsibility. Yet the greatest leaders are usually those who first learned to serve faithfully where no one was watching.

Service teaches patience.
Service builds character.
Service earns trust.

Trust is the true currency of leadership.

Even Jesus, the King of kings, washed the feet of His disciples before going to the cross. If the greatest Leader chose the path of service, then service can never be beneath us.

The road to lasting leadership is paved with faithful service.

Are you kind of confused about what's going on with you or around you, to the point of not being sensitive to what the Lord is communicating to you through the happenings...

My brother, my sister, don't shift your gaze away from the Lord, go on in prayers and ask the Lord to show you what He's trying to communicate to you. Until you know what the Lord is communicating to you through that season, then you can move on into another season.

Don't let the happenings in the season distract you from seeing what the Lord is showing you.
Be still and know that the Lord is with you.
Don't be weary my brother and my sister.
Intensify more..

This is to encourage you that the Lord is with you, don't give up.

The Lord is always waiting for you to repent (to ask for mercy).
He's always at the door of your heart. Don't hesitate to open your heart for Him.
