STAND WITH YOUR FRIENDS IN DIFFICULT TIMES
Stand with your friends when life is hard.
Do not appear only when things become better and disappear when challenges arise.
True friendship is tested in seasons of adversity, and loyalty is a treasure that should never be underestimated.
When you call someone a father, brother, , sister , son or daughter, do so sincerely from your heart, and maintain your faithfulness in both good and difficult times.
Do not only show up when life is pleasant; show up also when life is challenging.
Many friendships shatter when one person faces difficulties and the other withdraws or dissociates.
As long as people receive what they desire, you may remain in their good books, but when circumstances change, they may no longer stand beside you.
Let your friendship be different—faithful, steadfast, and genuine.
“A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.” Proverbs 17:17 (KJV)
God honors and blesses loyalty, for faithfulness reflects the character of love. Always remember that in life the tables can turn.
No one suffers forever; a day of vindication, restoration, and joy will surely come.
“Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.
For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow.” Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 (KJV)
Sometimes God allows challenges to test those who profess that they will never leave you.
Seasons and times reveal true loyalty.
It is easy to call someone a friend, my spiritual father, mentor etc when everything is good; however, true friendship is proven in difficult moments.
Do not be a friend who appears only when there is money, food, comfort, or recognition. Also come near in seasons of suffering.
Never forget those who stand with you during trials.
Stand with them also, for they are precious gifts from God for your journey on this earth. And those who left you—forgive them and thank God for their lives, because they became lessons that strengthened you.
