One of the best gifts you can give your children is, not passing generational trauma down to them.

For instance...

As a man or a woman, you dont have teach your kids that all men/women are wick3d and heartless just because you didnt get along with your spouse. You dont have to give them the wrong idea of life just because you were hurt.

Whatever experience life brings your way is your cross to carry...do not pass it down to your kids.

Kids become dysfunctional mostly because of the trauma passed down to them on the family level.

But the question is...

How do you shield your kids from inheriting your trauma??
