*5 MAJOR TYPES OF PEOPLE YOU NEED IN THE CHURCH, FOR IT TO GROW*

"The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it."
Every assignment from God needs these 5 major sets of people inorder for it to be fulfilled and grow;
1. *PILLARS*
*They are very committed workers and members, who are always available to clean the Church, arrange the chairs, serve in any capacity in different units and attend programme.
* They are always available and dependable
* They don't easily miss service.
* Many others can leave the Church, but this set of people are always there.
* They don't easily leave the Church.
2. *PUBLISHERS*
* These people are the reasons new members come to Church always.
* They are the reasons the Church is known.
* They make the Church and Pastor popular through their talk, testimonies and write ups about the Church.
* They are not ashamed to talk about their Pastors or Churches.
* They will always tell people about you and the Church.
* They are the foot soldiers of the Church.
3. *PARTNERS*
* They can give their last money for the Church to succeed.
* They might not be too committed physically, but, when it comes to financial needs of the Church, they are there.
* They might not be that serious in word, prayer or soul winning, but they can commit their finances for those purposes.
* They are ready to serve with their financial and material resources.
4. *PLANNERS*
* They might not have the money to give or time to be coming to church every time there is a programme.
* They might not even live in the same location with the Church.
* But whenever brain and wisdom are needed, you can count on them.
5. *PUSHERS*
* Hmmmmm, these people can be dangerous oooo
* They can push you into something or project that you and the Church have no capacity and resources for, because of their positivity and possibility mindsets.
* But one good thing about them is that, they don't see anything as
