Royal Greetings to you!

In view of the upcoming third quarter association meeting which will be hosted by the First Baptist Church Amalem in September 2020, the Royal Ambassadors of the Igbanibo Chapter in First Baptist Church Amalem met and the following resolutions were taken;

1. A five man committee for the association meeting hosting be formed.

2. All members of the Organization (boys, seniors forum and patrons forum) make contributions as concerns the Association hosting.

3. Contributions by the junior boys be slated at #500 per boy, the contribution for intermediate boys is #1000, contribution for rank of Dean is 1500 and contribution for all that have attained the rank of Ambassador is #2000.

4. The seniors forum make a kind contribution of #5,000 and above depending on one's financial strength.

5. The Patron forum make contributions with concerns to getting a new set of parade drum.

Lastly I wish to re inform us that all hands are on deck in ensuring a swift and prompt association meeting hosting in September, 2020.
