DESTINY IS CHOICE. Every man on earth has a Destiny in Christ, so also they have a destiny in the dark kingdom and this is why someone can achieve everything and be a star on earth although he is not under God's kingdom. In life you are either for GOD'S kingdom or that of the Devil as there is no middle ground. It therefore means that if you don't fulfill your destiny in the kingdom of God, you will fulfill it in the kingdom of the Devil.
You will see someone with a nice and beautiful voice singing as an artist in the wrong kingdom, you will find thousands of souls gathered for his/her concert singing and dancing to songs that do not glorify God but the devil. This simply means he is fulfilling destiny in the kingdom of the Devil and this is because he choose to. So instead of using the gift deposited on him/her to glorify and win souls for God, he/she is winning souls for the devil.
Serving God of course is a choice, so also fulfilling destiny is a choice but if you miss the first choice of serving God then you can't fulfill God's purpose. Without fulfilling what was written about you in the scrolls like Jesus, then you are just a passer by in life.
Make your DESTINY COUNT!!
