📌INTRODUCTION📌
No one is in this world by accident. If you were born, it’s because God has a divine purpose for your life. 📖 Jeremiah 1:1–5; Jeremiah 29:11; Ecclesiastes 7:8
Your purpose is not isolated—it’s connected to other people. Some encounters may seem accidental, but they are part of God’s plan to shape your future.
God’s purpose for your life is good and perfectly timed. 📖 Ecclesiastes 3:1–8
What we often call delay, God calls part of the play.
📖 Luke 1:1–25; Just like John was ordained to be born six months before Jesus, every divine timing has its reason.
✨ Good news: God will remember you

📌WHY DO WE HAVE TO WAIT?📌
1. Because God is Sovereign
He does what He pleases, when He pleases, and how He pleases.
2. Because Delay Reveals His Glory
Sometimes God delays to show that he who laughs last, laughs best.
📖 Psalm 102:13. There will be no more delay in your life, in Jesus’ name
3. Because God Has a Set Time
📖 Daniel 2:20–21; John 2:1–12
At the right time, He makes all things beautiful. Whatever He tells you to do, just do it.

Your waiting season is over!
Decide today to serve Him faithfully and hold on to Him in prayer.

🔥 ZONAL HOLY GHOST NIGHT 🔥

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE AWAKE?
To awake means to wake up, sit up, be vigilant, and experience revival. It means to arise from spiritual slumber and become alert to God’s calling.

WHO ARE THOSE THAT NEED TO BE AWAKEN?
1. Those resting on duty.
2. Those taking a nap — spiritually lazy or complacent.
3. Those who have taken a break from the work of God.
📖 Proverbs 6:10 — “A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep."

WHAT CAUSES SLUMBERING?
1. Love of the World . 1 John 2:15 — “Do not love the world or the things in the world…”
You cannot love the world and love Christ at the same time. Matthew 6:24 — “No one can serve two masters.”
2. Pleasing the Flesh. Galatians 5:19–21 — The works of the flesh oppose the Spirit.
The flesh profits nothing; it is an instrument the devil uses against believers. 1 Corinthians 9:27 — “I discipline my body and bring it into subjection…”
3. Wrong Association and Relationships. The wrong company can make you miss your divine appointment and quench your fire. 1 Kings 13:13–20, 2 Corinthians 6:14.
4. Procrastination: The enemy of progress and success. Delay kills purpose.
5. The Talk of Impossibilities: Doubt and negativity weaken faith. Jeremiah 32:27 — “Is there anything too hard for Me?”
6. Ignoring Divine Talent: Matthew 25:14–18 — Don’t bury what God has entrusted to you. Use your gifts for His glory.
7. Inability to Tarry in the Place of Prayer: Matthew 26:36–42 — Those who can’t watch in prayer easily fall into temptation.

WHY SHOULD YOU BE AWAKE?
1. Because of the time we are in — Ephesians 5:16
2. The devil is not asleep — 1 Peter 5:8
3. You are meant to be an army of Christ — Ezekiel 37:10
4. Now is the time for manifestation — Romans 8:19
5. Now is the time to take over the world by force — Matthew 11:12

WHAT DO YOU DO TO BE AWAKEN?
1. Stay in the Gathering of the Brethren
2. Study Always
3. Forsake Sin

HOw DO YOU KNOW WHEN A MAN IS AWAKE?
1. Psalm 145:7 — Sin becomes your enemy
2. Passion for Lost Souls. Evangelism becomes your heartbeat;
3. You Become Fond of His Presence
4. You Begin to Burn for Christ.

📖INTRODUCTION📖
Breaking means tilling or preparing an already made ground for planting.
Fallow means uncultivated, unprepared and shallow.
Ground physically means land and spiritually means life.

📌WHAT DOES BREAKING FALLOW GROUND MEAN? 📌
It means a land/life that needs to be broken up, watered, repackaged, made soft again before it is ready to receive a seed. It also means re-examination of your personal life, attitude, way of life, and relationship with God to see where you are standing.
Spiritually; it is a process of reviving, waking up of a heart with lack of spiritual fruits into spiritual activities, and tilling a once prepared land/heart.
Breaking Fallow Ground is a command of God to reach out to unproductive souls to receive the word of God (Matt 25:14-26) because you were saved for a purpose.

* (1 Cor 10:12) Yes, you are working for God but are you doing enough?
* (Heb 4:11) You have the capacity to do more and do better.
* (Rev 2:1-6) You can make God proud, don't forget your first love; remember where thou hast fallen, repent and do that first work of fruit bearing.
* (Rom 8:18-19) The world is waiting for the talent and manifestation God has deposited in you

📌HOW TO BREAK FALLOW GROUND📌
* Through self examination 2 Corinthians 13:5
* Through sanctification
* Through fasting and prayer Matt 17:21, Jude 1:20

OCTOBER EDITION OF YOUTH SUNDAY

📖INTRODUCTION📖
Breaking means to separate, damage something or divide something into parts.
Fallow is a piece of land that is left idle, not cultivated, that leads to dormancy.
Ground is an earth surface.
Case Study: A farmer, a seed and a piece of land
Spiritually: A fallow ground means a heart that has gone cold, that has lost the zeal to do the work of the father.
God is the farmer, the HEART is the soil, the SEED is the word of God, the NUTRIENTS is the truth, grace and all forms of spiritual substance, while the LAND is the Kingdom of God and WE are the labourers.
N:B All seeds have the potential to become a harvest but not all seeds reach that potential, for the word for God to survive in our heart; we must do it carefully by fellowshipping and being intimate with God daily.

📖PURPOSE OF BREAKING FALLOW GROUND📖
📌 There's an urgency (Matt 9:37-38).
📌 Every delay in seeking God allows the soil (heart) to become harder.
📌 God is calling his people to intimacy, revival and restoration.

📖HOW DO WE BREAK THIS FALLOW GROUND📖
📌 Through repentance; (Jer 4:3-4), from those things that is making the heart hardened.
📌 Through the word of God: (Ezk 36:26), allowing it to pe*****te and renew the heart.
📌 Through prayer: (Ps 51:17), brokenness before God isn't weakness but you drawing near to God in humility.
🔺When the ground is broken and the seed is sown, God promises the rain of righteousness which is the holy spirit.

📖REFLECTION📖
What ground are you standing on? Luke 8:5-15
Is it a good ground or a stony ground?

📖CONCLUSION📖
A good ground doesn't happen by accident, you have to labour for it but sometimes impatience, pleasures of the world, jealousy, pride and so many others will not allow some Christians to wait for the ground to yield.

🙏PRAYER🙏
1. Lord, please restore me to that glory and give me a new heart and also help me to be consistent in your word so that I can be fruitful.
2. Father, in any way I have deviated, anything that is a stumbling block that is stopping me from yielding, please in your mercy take it away.
