God has empowered His people for the work he has commissioned them to do. He has empowered them to solve and become the solution to the challenges of mankind. However, there seems to be little or no progress because God's people has by themselves belittled, neglected, and despised the Holy Spirit - the agency through whom the employment was given.

It is now the will of God out of His compassion, for His people to return to Him. For this reason the Lord says: Malachi 3:7 ESV - "...Return to me, and I will return to you, says the LORD of hosts."

The pen of inspiration writes:
"As the will of man co-operates with the will of God, it becomes omnipotent. Whatever is to be done at His command, may be accomplished in His strength. All His biddings are enablings".— E.G. White, Christ’s Object Lessons, 333.
