Topic: YOU HOLD THE KEYS

Psalm 115:16
"The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD'S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men."

Read: Ezekiel 37:1-4

When God brought Ezekiel to the valley of dry bones, a very logical question arises: God created the entire universe with His voice, so why did He ask a mortal man to speak to the bones? Why didn't God just speak to the situation Himself?

Think of it like a landlord and a tenant. If you rent a house, you hold the keys. If your landlord suddenly shows up on Tuesday to fix the kitchen sink, Wednesday to repair the bathroom tiles, and Thursday to change a lightbulb—all without your permission—you would eventually get frustrated and say, "Do you want to live here yourself? If you gave me the keys, let me take responsibility!"

God is the ultimate Landlord of the universe, but He has leased the earth to the children of men. He has called you to rule and reign in your domain. That is why He will not do the talking for you. You are a speaking spirit, created in His image. When you face a dry, impossible situation in your health, your finances, or your family, you cannot just sit back and wait for God to mysteriously fix it. He is waiting for you to use your keys! Open your mouth, take responsibility, and command those dry bones to live.

Confession: I am a speaking spirit, and God has given me the authority to rule and reign in my domain! I will not sit by passively waiting for God to speak to my mountains. I take my keys, I open my mouth, and I declare the Word of the Lord over my life today!

Topic: Act on the Word

James 1:22 MSG
Don't fool yourself into thinking that you are a listener when you are anything but, letting the Word go in one ear and out the other. Act on what you hear!

Read: Luke 5:1-11

The Word of God must be spoken consistently by the believer and acted upon to bring about a progressive change. When Jesus spoke the Word to Peter, he could have ignored it and not done anything. Guess what? Nothing will happen. But the moment he obeyed the Word of God and acted based on that Word. He received a great harvest.

Faith is an act. I was in Johannesburg once, and a woman in the service had a crushed disc at her back, making her unable to walk. After we prayed, she acted on the Word and began to move out of her wheelchair. I was even trying to help her take it easy, but she just pushed my hand and ran out of the wheelchair across the church, completely healed.

I want you to know that all the benefits in Christ, healing, and provision are yours; they have been paid for. But you must consistently speak God's Word and act out in Faith based on the Word of God. Do not negate your faith by speaking negativity. Speak the reality of who you are in God's Word.

Today's thought: I will spend time in God's Word and act on the Word of God. I will not just be a hearer only, but I will be a doer of the Word.

Topic: Confront the Giants

"And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, who come from the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight."

"And Caleb stilled the people before Moses and said, ‘Let us go up at once and possess it, for we are well able to overcome it.’ But the men that went up with him said, ‘We are not able to go up against the people, for they are stronger than we.’"

Confront the giants of your enlargement by the power of the blood covenant. Wherever God promises you something, giants will be there. No matter where you are, just like the Israelites in the Promised Land, you need to overcome those giants.

Tests and trials will come in the form of giants to challenge the Word that God has revealed to you. Israel knew how God delivered them from Pharaoh and the Red Sea, yet they were still afraid of the giants in the Promised Land that God had already given them.

They saw themselves as grasshoppers, and so they remained in the wilderness and never possessed the land. But Joshua and Caleb knew the King of Kings who was with them and to whom they belonged, and this was shown in how boldly Caleb spoke: “Let us go up at once and possess it.”

In the face of trouble, your word must align with God’s Word, and this is how you will be victorious every time. Rightly esteem yourself—you are not ordinary. You are part of God’s own family, and He is committed to you fulfilling your purpose. If people are complaining, if the country is hard, if evil is everywhere, do not join them. Begin to say what God has said concerning you. Now say this confession out loud.

Today’s Confession:
My home and my family are covered with the blood of Jesus. Evil shall pass over us. The angels of God bear us up in their hands; we shall not dash our feet on the stone. In my pathway is life; there is no death nor destruction.

Topic: THE PERFORMER OF THE WORD

Isaiah 57:19
"I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the LORD; and I will heal him."

Read: Luke 1:34-37

The Holy Spirit is the ultimate Performer of the Word. In the Hebrew text, the word for Spirit is Ruach, which translates to a blast, a breath, a tempest, or a powerful wind. Just as the wind is invisible yet unstoppable, the Holy Spirit moves with uncontrollable, creative power to execute the Word of God that you speak.

A young lady in the church was in a terrible accident, and her left arm was so badly smashed that doctors scheduled an amputation from the shoulder blade. When I heard the news, a simple, inspired Word slipped out of my mouth: "The hand will not be cut in Jesus' name." At the hospital, as the surgeons prepared their scalpels for the amputation, the impossible happened. The dead, smashed hand suddenly lifted itself up and began to move! The doctor screamed in shock, declaring, "We cannot cut a living hand!"

The Word of the Lord had gone ahead of the surgical blade. The Ruach—the blast of God's Spirit—accompanied the spoken Word and brought a dead limb back to life. When you speak the Word of God, you are releasing the tempest of heaven against the agendas of hell. Speak the Word over your body, your family, and your finances today, and the Holy Spirit will perform it!

Today's Thought: The Holy Spirit is the Performer of the Word in my life! As I speak the promises of God, the breath and blast of the Almighty go ahead of me to uproot every agenda of hell.

Topic: PREPARE FOR YOUR MIRACLE

"He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;" Romans 4:20 KJV

Read: Psalm 37:4-5

Faith is not passive; it always requires corresponding action. If you truly believe that God is going to answer your prayer, your actions will align with your expectation.

Years ago, a single sister in the church desired to be married. She didn't sit around complaining about her age or feeling sorry for herself. Instead, she took the Word of God, stood before her mirror, and declared, "I have found favor with God! The right man is coming into my life. I have a divine appointment!" But she didn't stop at confession—she went out and bought a wedding gown before there was ever a man in sight! Some people probably thought she was delusional. But just like Abraham, who called himself the "Father of Many Nations" when he had no child, she was giving glory to God in advance. Soon after, the right brother appeared, and she was married.

You are never too old for a miracle, and your situation is never too complicated. Whether you are believing for a spouse, a job, or a financial breakthrough, your faith must become your daily garment. What are you doing to show God that you expect the answer? Your faith is strong enough to cause your miracle to appear in the next 24 hours. Put the Word in your mouth, prepare for the answer, and watch God turn it around!

Confession: I am not too old for my miracle, and my situation is not too difficult for God! I rejoice and prepare for my breakthrough in advance, knowing that God cannot lie.

Topic: SEND THE WORD

"The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed."
Matthew 8:8 KJV

Read: Isaiah 55:10-11, John 1:1-5

If Jesus offered to physically come to your house today to solve your problems, you would likely cancel all your appointments and wait for Him! That is human nature. But when Jesus offered to go to the house of a Roman Centurion to heal his servant, the man refused. He understood a powerful military and spiritual principle: authority. He told Jesus, "Don't come. Just speak the Word only."

The Word of God is as strong as the person of God. In the book of John, we learn that in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was God. When you speak the Word of God over your life, it is a direct command in the realm of the spirit, and it carries the exact same weight as if Jesus were physically standing in your room.

The great evangelist Smith Wigglesworth was once called to pray for a dying woman whom everyone else had given up on. While others prayed prayers of condolence, Wigglesworth began to boldly quote the scriptures. As he spoke the Word, Jesus physically appeared at the foot of the bed! and the woman was instantly healed.

What are you quoting in the crisis of your life? Don't leave your house spiritually naked. Put the Word of God in your mouth, send it on an errand into your day, and the presence of Jesus will show up in your situation.

Confession: The Word of God in my mouth is as strong as the person of Jesus! I do not need to wait for a spectacular visitation; I simply send the Word on an errand today. I declare health, favor, and protection, knowing the Word will not return to me void.

Topic: THE TRAP OF LOGIC

For we walk by faith, not by sight.
2 Corinthians 5:7 KJV

Read: Proverbs 3:5-6

Sometimes, one of the greatest enemies of a miracle is human logic. We have been trained in school to be rational, calculative, and realistic. But when it comes to the things of the Spirit, relying entirely on human reasoning will talk you right out of your testimony.

There was a sister in church who received a prophetic word that her fibroid would disappear and she will have a son. She went home and excitedly told her husband that she was canceling her scheduled surgery. Her husband, being a highly logical and intelligent man, questioned her: "Did the pastor call your name? Be realistic. You are just being emotional. This is Pentecostal sentimentalism."

To the natural mind, believing a spoken word over a medical diagnosis makes no sense. But faith does not operate in the realm of human logic. They went back to the hospital, did multiple scans, and the fibroid was completely gone!

When you take a scripture like, "By the stripes of Jesus, I am healed," and speak it to your body, your logical mind will tell you nothing is happening. People might tell you to be realistic and face the facts. But God knows your future far better than you know your past! Do not allow the trap of being "reasonable" rob you of what God has spoken. The Word of the Lord will bypass human logic and settle the matter for you.

Confession: I walk by faith and not by sight. I refuse to be trapped by human logic or "realistic" reasoning when God has given me His Word. I choose to believe the Word of the Lord, over and above my feelings or reasoning.

Topic: GOD IS NOT ANXIOUS ABOUT YOU

Genesis 1:2
"And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters."

Read: Ezekiel 37:1-10

When we face a situation that seems entirely impossible—a dead end, a massive financial crisis, or a medical emergency—we often panic. We assume that because it is a big deal to us, it must be a difficult challenge for heaven. But God is a specialist in dealing with impossibilities, and He is never anxious.

Look at the scene in Genesis chapter one. The original Hebrew words describe an earth that was desolate, empty, ruined, and dark. It was a scene of absolute destruction. Yet, what was the Holy Spirit doing? The Bible says He "moved" upon the face of the waters. The root word for moved means to brood, just like a mother hen sitting comfortably on her eggs. In the midst of total chaos, the Spirit of God was entirely comfortable, simply waiting for the Word of God to be spoken.

When God brought the prophet Ezekiel to a valley filled with bones that were not just dead, but very dry, God wasn't intimidated. The Spirit of God is brooding over your life right now. He is in your house, in your car, and hovering over that medical report. He is not anxious about your problem because the same mighty Holy Ghost that created the universe and raised Jesus from the dead is still alive today. He is waiting on you to speak the Word of God into that situation. What are you going to say today?

Confession: I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver me from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. Psalms 91:2-3 KJV

Topic: HOW TO KEEP YOUR MIRACLE

"We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;"
2 Corinthians 4:13 KJV

Read: Proverbs 4:20-22, Romans 10:17

Receiving a miracle from God is only the first step; maintaining that miracle requires active faith. When God heals your body or opens a massive door of breakthrough, the enemy will almost always return with a counterattack of doubt. He will send a familiar pain or a fleeting symptom just to make you wonder, "What if the sickness is coming back?"

If you entertain that fear and begin speaking it, you give the enemy permission to steal what God has done. You must train yourself to respond to the devil by saying, "I choose to praise God!" When people ask you how you are doing, do not answer based on how you are feeling. Answer based on the finished work of Christ and the miracle you have received.

Healing is activated by the spoken Word, and it is sustained by the spoken Word. You are a speaking spirit. If you want the testimony to remain permanent in your life, you must keep God's Word in your mouth. Find the scriptures that cover your situation, chew on them daily, and declare that your deliverance is absolute. As you supply the words, the Holy Spirit will supply the power to enforce your victory.

Confession: I believe the Word of God, and therefore I speak it! I declare that every miracle, healing, and breakthrough God has given me is permanent. I will not negotiate with symptoms or fear. I keep God's Word in my mouth, and my testimony is permanent!
