Faith
Hebrew 11:1,6
Faith is trusting and trusting is believing in the words of the speaker. Faith is also the assurance that comes from KNOWING. A faith is no faith if there's no knowing. Knowing is the strength of faith. Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. John 20:29. Hence, seeing is not believing when it comes to faith but knowing is believing in faith. A knowing that is not based on nothing physical but yet "feelable" on the inside by the believer.
However,there are elements that destroys/hinders the full manifestation of the power, person and presence of faith. The power of faith is the obedience to the person(word) of faith in the presence of the spirit of faith. The Holy Spirit is the spirit faith and His presence is what makes the word of faith actively productive. Obedience to the word and spirit of faith sometimes without understanding or full understanding the instructions or its consequence is most important than praying or any other act of spirituality.
The elements that destroy faith dwell in the same apartment of our being, though they cannot and donot coexist together. The place where faith dwells in us and operates from is the same place where the destroyer of faith too stay or want to stay. Noteworthy is the truth that the entrance of one of this is the exist of the other. Its like light and darkness; the strength and spread ofdarkness is enhanced by the absence/reducing of light.
