The men and women God used greatly were often taught to wait.

David waited through years of trials before he sat on the throne. Though anointed, he still faced caves, enemies, and tears. Yet David said, “Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart.” (Psalm 27:14 KJV)

Abraham waited for the promised son when everything looked impossible. His body was old, Sarah was barren, but God’s promise never failed. “For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen.” (2 Corinthians 1:20 KJV)

Joseph waited in slavery and prison before the palace. The dream seemed delayed, but it was not denied. God was preparing him in secret.

Noah waited while building the ark in faith. Others mocked, but Noah obeyed.

Moses spent years in the wilderness before leading Israel.

And even Jesus waited thirty years before beginning His public ministry.

The lesson is this: God’s delays are not God’s denials.
When God makes you wait, He is building faith, patience, humility, and trust in Him.

The Bible says:

“But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” — Isaiah 40:31 KJV

If you are praying and still waiting… if you are hurting and still trusting… hold on.

God has not forgotten you.
He is never late.
His timing is perfect.

“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1 KJV)

So keep praying.
Keep believing.
Keep obeying.

Because if God is making you wait, then He is also preparing something worth waiting for.

Amen.

Many people only run to Jesus when life is falling apart.
But the truth is… life without Him is already falling apart even if everything looks okay on the outside.

Without Jesus, fear controls you.
Temptation controls you.
Depression controls you.
Sin controls you.

You smile in public but cry in secret.
You look strong outside but you’re weak inside.
Because no amount of money, popularity, relationships, or success can replace the peace that only Jesus can give.

But when Jesus enters your life, everything changes.

The battles may still come, but now you are no longer fighting alone.
The enemy still attacks, but now you have authority through Christ.

Luke 10:19 says:
“I have given you authority… over all the power of the enemy.”

The devil wants you to believe that you are weak, forgotten, and defeated.
But Jesus says you are chosen, loved, and victorious.

Stop living far from God while expecting peace.
Stop entertaining sin while praying for freedom.

A life with Jesus is not a perfect life…
but it is a life with purpose, strength, peace, and eternal hope.

If you know Jesus changed your life, don’t scroll without thanking Him today.

WHEN SCHOOL FEELS SAFER THAN HOME

One day while I was teaching in class, I noticed a student looking at me, appearing to listen — but something was missing. The attention wasn’t there. His eyes were on me, but his mind was far away.

As a teacher, I can tell when a child is present physically but absent emotionally.
I gently approached him and asked if everything was okay.
That was when he said something that broke my heart:
“Sir,I prefer being in school. I don’t like going home. My parents are always quarrelling.”

At that moment, I understood — she wasn’t distracted because she didn’t care. She was distracted because she was carrying something heavy.

Many students are not struggling academically. They are struggling emotionally.
When there is constant conflict at home, it affects:
• Concentration
• Academic performance
• Confidence
• Behaviour
• Mental health

Dear parents, your conflicts may seem private, but the impact is public — it shows up in your children.
Let’s protect their hearts.
Let’s create safer homes.
Let’s raise emotionally secure children.
If you are a parent, choose peace.
If you are an educator, look beyond the grades.
Our children deserve both education and emotional safety.
