WHY people hate is simple, You are poor. A poor man is hated even by his neighbours. Get rich and watch them flock around you. Naomi's family in the Bible left Bethlehem because of temporary deficiency of bread in the land. Ruth chapter 1:6 says, "when they heard in Moab that God did visit his people in Bethlehem by giving them bread, they returned."
