Sunday School Devotional 12th,Dec 2020.
Topic: You will come out of this...
Memory Text: Exodus 15:19GNB.
The Israelites walked through the sea on dry ground. But the Egyptian chariots with their horses and their driver's went into the sea, the Lord brought the water back and it covered them.
EXPLAINATION. Today's Sunday school lesson is prophetic. I see God
doing the unsual for your sake this week. God has a glorious plan of victory for your. The children of Israel has never passed through this experience before. They have never crossed the red Sea before so it was a strange experience. In all of it all they didn't know what God was going to do to give them a resounding victory and to help them escape the close range of the Egyptian army coming after them.
Good enough God who opened the belly of the sea and make them to walk on dry ground knows what to handle every circumstance that might as He takes us through tough roads of faith to His plan for our lives.
When the Egyptians approached to waylay the Israelites God gave the people speed and then brought back the water to cover and swallow the Egyptians.
REFLECTIONS. God handles your fear before it arrives. Before God takes you through any circumstances He has marshalled out strategies and exist plans for your victory. He knows what to do in every situation. Sometimes it may appear as He has forgotten you or abandon you but never. He has every details of life planned out. Even when you in error concerning His plans he knows how to handle you with his Love. I see you coming out of that redsea with a gloriously testimony.
CONCLUSION. There is a marked difference between how God sees you in a problem and how God see the unbelievers in a problem. In the plan of God for the believer God has an answer and a solution to every test or circumstances He permits in your life but for the unbelievers He does have answers to their problems.

Topic:The Blessedness of A Greatful Heart.

"All my father's family deserved to be put to death by you Majesty, but you gave me the right to eat at your table. I have no more right to ask for any more favours from Your Majesty.
Brethren my prayer for you is that at this season of wild request and ceaseless demand and prayer cry for things a lot of people feel that God has not done for them, that you will be like Brother MEPHIBOSHETH who was thankful to the king for the right he has to eat at the King's table and to e exempted from death. Brethren it is wisdom to be thanking God for a little drops of water than to ignore that drop of water and be crying for rain.
Sometime we forget that we didn't pay God any thing to have the right to use the Name of Jesus. But we use the freely to go to battle and win, yet we forget thank God that name that we used to put the devil to shame during the year. We forget to thank God the blood of Jesus. Yet it is through that blood that we are talking about our salvation today. We speak in tongue but w e forget to thank God for the gift of the spirit. Bro MEPHIBOSHETH said to king David " he has right to eat at king table for that reason he has no more right ask for more favour. Brethren God knows what you need. As a matter of fact what you need is not money but true riches and this can come in form of wisdom when you are thankful. Don't cry for more,thank for more, that is the secret of more than enough. As we end the year count your losses and thank God for them. All those intangible blessings you cannot see like good health, long life, His Mercies, Love, Salvation, Accident free journeys, redemptive rights etc thank God for them, that you crossed into the 12th month thank God. When King David saw the attitude of hatefulness in Bro MEPHIBOSHETH he handed over to him half of Saul's inherintance. God bless u.

Fear has torment but perfect love casts out fear. There is no fear in love. He that fears in not made perfect in love_ 1John 4 :18. As the year runs to an end don't be afraid. Be confident that God who started this year with you will not allow you to end it in tears. There is a mega miracle that has your name on it. Please be confident.
