Today was an exciting Sunday because it was "A Marriage special" service and as usual everyone is always excited when it's the topic of Marriage.
Admist the excitement, we saw that marriage is an institution created by God that runs only on His principles and for marriage to work the two parties involved must carry out their roles.
We also got to see that communication is the lifeline or bloodline of every relationship (marriage) . Further more, marriage and wedding is not the same thing, wedding is the gateway to the marriage, marriage is what should be prepared for not weddings. In all, it was a powerful service and we were blessed whilst our minds were renewed

Service is always a great experience at Gospel Hub Abakaliki and today we were taught about our emotions. Man's emotion is one of the major foundations of the building of that man and if these emotions are the negative ones, it can literally ruin that man. We started off today on "The 12 negative emotions we have to kill" before it kills us. We were truly blessed kaii🔥 if you were not in service, you've not missed a lot, at least not yet. Same time next week, be there!

Service today was more of a family gathering as we had family, pastors and loved ones come over for the Thanksgiving of our Pastor's wedding.

Pastor Chisom talked on the importance of having Favour in both the sight of God and man. Men play a huge role in the fulfilment of a man's destiny because God can say YES but a man may not experience that reality because man said NO. He further opened our minds to four principles of Favour;
* Honor
* Value
* Relationships and
* Prayers.
It was a powerful service all together. We shared in the joy of our pastor, the day the Lord made and we sure rejoiced.😊

In today's service,two important points we're buttressed on as regarding spiritual service;
* Consecration and
* Giving.
Consecration is where power lies in the spirit, energy of the spirit is derived by consecration and by same the texture of a man's service is being known.
We saw that nobody can serve any spirit without giving to that spirit and for God, giving is a way to prove to Him that He is our master and not mammon. With giving, God actually wants our heart and our offered service is never complete without giving
