Dance before God today. Praise Him for what He has done, thank Him for what He is doing, and rejoice for what is yet to come.

80 YEARS OF GOD'S FAITHFULNESS

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Mrs. Janet Akpan Daniel, a joyful octogenarian, as she celebrates her 80th birthday.

Family, friends and well-wishers gathered at The Salvation Army, Nwaniba Corps for a special Thanksgiving Service, celebrating a remarkable life and returning all glory to God for His sustaining grace and faithfulness through the years.

Mrs. Janet Akpan Daniel, a proud Silver Star Mother of Ibesit Centre Corps Officer, Lieutenant Peter Daniel, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to God for the gift of life and for sustaining her through eight beautiful decades.

As we celebrate this remarkable milestone with her, we pray that the years ahead will be filled with greater joy, peace, good health and the continued presence of God.

Happy 80th Birthday to a remarkable octogenarian, Mrs. Janet Akpan Daniel! God bless you.

The Salvation Army Massed Songsters from Akwa Ibom Capital, Akwa Ibom North West, Akwa Ibom Capital and Akwa Ibom South East Divisions ministered the song; "Lead Him in Your Ways" at the Akwa Ibom Christian Youths Thanksgiving and Prayer Service at Ibom Hall today, hosted by the Akwa Ibom Christian Youths in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Development, Akwa Ibom State.

The song, arranged by TBM Joe Akpan to the 'Through the Valleys' tune, offered a heartfelt prayer for wisdom, strength, protection and faithful leadership and also showcased our heart of service , musical excellence and strength of our Army.

A DAY OF THANKSGIVING, PRAYER AND UNITY IN AKWA IBOM

It was a beautiful gathering of faith, thanksgiving and prayer today at Ibom Hall, as Christian youths from the thirty-one Local government areas in Akwa Ibom State came together for the Akwa Ibom Christian Youths Thanksgiving and Prayer Service.

From heartfelt worship, praise, to powerful prayers and moments of fellowship, the service was a beautiful expression of our collective faith and hope for a greater Akwa Ibom.

YOU ARE LOVED BY GOD

As a new week begins, rest in the assurance that Jesus loves you. He will guide you and order your steps.

Our band joyfully played the hymn Jesus Loves Me, whose lyrics were written by Anna Bartlett Warner in 1859, while the melody and chorus were composed by William Batchelder Bradbury in 1862.

Hereโ€™s the Word for your week:

Romans 8:35, 38-39

โ€œWho shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

Todayโ€™s service at The Salvation Army, Abak Central Corps was a beautiful reminder of who we are, whose we are, and the responsibility that comes with being called Godโ€™s people.

Through worship, reflection and thanksgiving, our hearts were drawn back to the faithfulness of God and the privilege of serving Him.

The message on Stewardship challenged and stirred us deeply. We were reminded that we are not merely members of a church; we are Godโ€™s ambassadors on earth, entrusted with our lives, gifts, resources and influence for His purpose.

Today, we paused to look inward, give thanks for how far God has brought us, and rededicate ourselves to faithful service.

What a service. What a reminder. What a privilege to belong to Jesus.
