*TOPIC: GOD IS GLORIFIED THROUGH HEALING*

_*“Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.” Isaiah 35:5–6.*_

*MESSAGE*
Some religious traditions claim that God is glorified when His people silently endure sickness and disease. But that is not what the Bible teaches. Scripture shows us clearly that God is glorified when the blind see, the lame walk, and the broken are made whole. Healing is not a shame to His power – it is a demonstration of His glory.

When your pastor comes to you as a messenger of the Most High God, carrying the truth of His Word, you must choose to believe what is being spoken. Remember, it is not just a man speaking; it is the King of kings who shed His blood for you, sending His Word through His servant. When you truly understand this, your heart should be full of excitement and expectation, not doubt or argument.

The Word of God is not to be debated; it is to be received. When you receive it with faith and joy, miracles begin to happen. The power is not in the personality of the preacher but in the Word of God itself. God does not show favouritism. His Word works for everyone, anywhere. The difference is not in God's willingness but in our readiness to receive. How you hear the Word determines what it produces in your life.

*ACTION POINT*
✍️ The next time you hear the Word of God preached, choose to receive it with faith and expectation instead of doubt.

*SCRIPTURES*
Psalm 107:20;
Mark 16:17–18; Romans 10:17;
John 11:40.

*PRAYER POINTS*
1. Father, help me to believe Your Word without doubt in the name of Jesus.

2. Lord, let Your Word produce miracles in my life as I receive it in faith.

3. Father, remove every spirit of unbelief from my heart in the name of Jesus.

*WEDNESDAY, MAY 13, 2026.*

*TOPIC: THE POWER OF PRAYING GOD'S WORD*

_*“Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” Hebrews 4:16.*_

*MESSAGE*
Two of the greatest secrets to effective prayer are simple but powerful. The first is studying the Word of God until you clearly see His will revealed through His promises. The second is taking those promises and spreading them before God in prayer, with an unwavering expectation that He will do exactly what He has said. Prayer becomes powerful when it is rooted in God's Word.

Do not tolerate prayerlessness in your life. Do not allow the busyness of life or the stress of “progress” to determine how much time you spend at the feet of your Saviour. Those moments with God are not optional; they are essential. You must crave them, schedule them, and protect them. Nothing should casually steal the time you have set aside to meet with God.

*The Words Of The Old Hymn Remind Us Of This Precious Truth:*
What a friend we have in Jesus
All our sins and griefs to bear
And what a privilege to carry
Everything to God in prayer

Many of the battles we face could have been softened or avoided if we had carried them to God early enough. A wise believer does not wait until trouble knocks at the door before praying. Instead, we begin each day in prayer, preparing spiritually for whatever lies ahead. Prayer is not a last resort; it is a daily discipline for victorious living.

*ACTION POINT*
✍️ Set a specific time today to pray and read God's Word and commit to making it a daily habit.

*SCRIPTURES*
Jeremiah 33:3; Philippians 4:6;
1st Thessalonians 5:17; James 5:16.

*PRAYER POINTS*
1. Father, give me a strong desire for consistent prayer and Your Word.

2. Lord, help me to build a disciplined and joyful prayer life.

3. Holy Spirit, teach me to pray according to God's will and promises.

COMMITTEE ON HARMONIZATION OF NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION CONCLUDES FINAL ENGAGEMENTS IN AKWA IBOM AND CROSS RIVER TERRITORIES

The Committee on Harmonization of National Administration of The Apostolic Church Nigeria has concluded its final phase of engagements and consultations within Akwa Ibom State and Cross River Territories ahead of the submission of its report to the National Executive Council (NEC) of the Church.

The Committee, which commenced its assignment with meetings held earlier in February at the Uyo Area Headquarters, Akwa Ibom State, subsequently embarked on a series of strategic consultations and stakeholder interactions across the two Territories in furtherance of its mandate as assigned by the National Executive Council.

As part of the concluding phase of the exercise, Special Dialogue Meetings were held on 11th and 12th May 2026 at the respective Headquarters of Akwa Ibom State Territory and Cross River Territory. The sessions brought together Apostles and Prophets from both Territories in separate meetings aimed at fostering mutual understanding, administrative harmony, and coordinated leadership within the framework of the Church.

The Committee, which is chaired by Pastor Prof. I. N. George, also has as its members Pastor E. E. Offiong (Secretary), Pastor Barr. S. B. Inyang, Pastor I. E. Bisong, and Pastor E. O. Akpan, PhD.

The engagements also witnessed the active involvement of major Church leaders within the two Territories, including the Vice President and Akwa Ibom State Territorial Chairman, Apostle E. U. Johnson, the Cross River State Territorial Chairman, Apostle E. E. Edet, alongside Field Superintendents and other stakeholders across the affected administrative jurisdictions.

Throughout the consultation process, emphasis was placed on constructive dialogue, institutional order, unity of purpose, and the continued advancement of the work of God within the established administrative structure of the Church.

Having now completed consultations across all relevant stakeholder levels within the two Territories, the Committee is expected to present its report and recommendations at the forthcoming June Meeting of the National Executive Council.

The successful conclusion of the engagements further underscores the Church's enduring commitment to responsible leadership, peaceful consultation, administrative stability, and the preservation of unity within the body of Christ.

*RESTORATION TODAY - TACN PRODUCTION*

*TUESDAY, MAY 12, 2026.*

*TOPIC: GUARD YOUR WORDS*

*_“A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.” Luke 6:45._*

*MESSAGE*
God pays close attention to what we say. He is the Creator of language, the origin of every word, and He understands not just what we say, but the heart behind it. Our words are not casual to Him. They are powerful, and they reveal what is truly stored within us. That is why He warns us when our words begin to damage ourselves or injure others.

The Bible makes it clear that our words flow from our hearts. If the heart is full of bitterness, anger, pride, or fear, the mouth will eventually expose it. But when the heart is filled with God’s Word, His peace, and His truth, our speech begins to reflect His nature. This is why Scripture commands us to guard our hearts diligently, because everything about our lives flows from there.

Many people try to correct their speech without first dealing with their hearts. But lasting change does not start from the mouth; it starts from within. The closer your heart is to God, the purer your words will become. When your heart is aligned with His, you will know when your words are right or wrong, kind or careless, helpful or harmful.

The more you feed your heart with the Word of God, the more your words will be seasoned with grace. Your speech will begin to carry life, hope, healing, and encouragement to those around you. Your mouth can become a channel of blessing when your heart becomes God’s dwelling place.

*ACTION POINT*
✍️ Be deliberate today about what you say.

✍️ Before speaking, ask yourself: “Will these words honour God and bless others?”

*SCRIPTURES*
Proverbs 4:23;
Matthew 12:34; Colossians 4:6; Proverbs 18:21.

*PRAYER POINTS*
1. Father, create in me a clean heart and purify my thoughts.

2. Lord, help my words to bring life, healing, and encouragement.

3. Holy Spirit, guide my speech so that it will always glorify God.
