TOPIC: THE POWER OF IMAGINATION

“And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.” — Genesis 11:6 (KJV)

When was the last time God came down to see what you are building? When did He last take notice of the work of your hands and the vision in your heart? Do not settle for mediocrity, and do not operate haphazardly. God observed the people of Babel and made a profound declaration about the power of imagination: because of their unity, nothing would be restrained from them that they had imagined to do.

The word imagine refers to the mental image you form in your mind. It is the act of creating a vision of something not yet present. Imagination is God-given and serves as a creative power. When you envision something in your mind, it sets the stage for its manifestation. The materials and resources necessary for that vision are released in the spiritual realm, awaiting their expression in the natural.

There are things God desires to manifest through you, but the question is: has your imagination aligned with His promises? The power of imagination must be deployed purposefully.

Everything we have ever received first existed in the realm of imagination before it became reality. What you allow yourself to envision with faith and expectation will determine what comes to pass. Be intentional about what you imagine.

Consider God’s call to Abram. When God promised to bless him and make him a blessing, He expected Abram to form a mental picture of that promise. Child of God, allow the promises of God to shape your imagination. See yourself living in the reality of His Word, and nothing can hinder its fulfillment. What you hold in your mind with faith will inevitably find expression in your life.

4 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.

TOPIC: THE BLESSING OF UNITY

“And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.” — Genesis 11:6 (KJV)

This passage reveals the extraordinary power of unity. When people are united behind a common cause, they can operate on a higher platform and accomplish what would be impossible individually.

In Genesis 11, the people came together with a clear purpose: they decided to build a tower that would reach heaven. They were organized, focused, and deliberate in their actions. God observed their unity and said that nothing would be restrained from them because “the people is one, and they have all one language.” Unity positions people for unstoppable progress. When individuals come together with one vision, one language, and one goal, the enemy cannot hinder them.

Psalm 133:1-3 confirms the power of unity: “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, Even Aaron's beard: That went down to the skirts of his garments; As the dew of Hermon, And as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: For there the LORD commanded the blessing, Even life for evermore.”

The commanded blessing of God manifests in the place of unity. In your family, as a husband or wife, unity with your spouse is essential to experience God’s blessings. Promote harmony, alignment, and oneness in every area of your life. One vision, one dream, one language, one goal, that is God’s design for positioning His people to receive the commanded blessing.

NOVEMBER 25,2025 - TUESDAY

THERE IS NO ACCIDENT WITH GOD

“For thou hast possessed my reins: Thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: Marvellous are thy works; And that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, When I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.” — Psalm 139:13–15 (KJV)

David was communicating something very profound. He wanted us to understand that with God there are no accidents. The God we serve is a God of plan, purpose, design, and intention. He is aware of every single person on the earth. He knows the number of hairs on your head. Every part of your being was intentionally and skillfully placed there by Him, both the parts you see and the parts you do not see. Nothing about you is hidden from Him. Your stature, physique, skin tone, hair color, eye color, and even the internal structures of your body were all deliberately crafted by God.

God applied divine skill in forming every part of you. There is nothing random about your existence. It is important to understand this truth and cultivate a heart of gratitude. David praised and worshiped God because he received the revelation that he was fearfully and wonderfully made. In the same way, remind yourself consistently that you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Let that awareness fill your heart with thanksgiving.

Every part of your body was placed there for a purpose. Nothing in your design is unnecessary. Everything God put in you contributes to your well-being and your assignment on earth. Each part matters; otherwise God would not have included it. Learn to appreciate God for every detail He invested in your creation. You were skillfully crafted. You were not made carelessly or randomly. Everything you need to fulfill your purpose on earth has been intentionally placed in you by God. Indeed, you are fearfully and wonderfully made.

MEDITATE ON THE WORD

“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” — Joshua 1:8 (KJV)

After the death of Moses, Joshua was entrusted with the enormous responsibility of leading God’s people across the Jordan into the Promised Land. To ensure his success, God gave him a divine template: meditate on the Word day and night. As the Lord instructed, “Thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein.” The key was simple. Continual meditation on the Word would produce the right actions, and those actions would lead to prosperity and good success.

Meditating on the Word of God always precipitates visible change. It aligns your decisions, shapes your responses, and positions you on the path of success. Apostle Paul gave Timothy a similar charge when he said,
“Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all” — 1 Timothy 4:15 (KJV).
Meditation causes what God has already completed to manifest in your life.

You must begin to see that your needs are already met. They are not going to be met; they are already met. That is what meditation accomplishes. It aligns your mind with the finished work of Christ. Jesus declared in John 19:30, “It is finished,” and Revelation 16:17 affirms, “It is done.” Everything concerning you is already settled in the realm of the Spirit.

As you meditate on the Word, the Lord will keep you in perfect peace. You will not be stranded. You will not be frustrated. You will not be confused. You will not be manipulated or intimidated, and you will not be deceived. The Word will anchor your heart and guide your steps into undeniable success.

TREM DAILY DEVOTIONAL BY BISHOP MIKE OKONKWO
WISDOM FOR TODAY
SATURDAY - NOVEMBER 22, 2025.

TOPIC: ANCHOR YOUR LIFE ON THE WORD

“Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.” — Hebrews 1:3 (KJV)

Everything in the universe is upheld by the Word of God. The Word holds all things together. If the Word were removed from anything, it would cease to exist. That is how vital the Word is.
Therefore, I urge you today to anchor your life firmly on the Word of God.

Our warfare today is the warfare of holding on to the Word. “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds; casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.” — 2 Corinthians 10:3–5 (KJV)

This battle is about standing on the Word of God, no matter what comes against you or what tries to overwhelm you. Even when situations appear hopeless, your victory lies in remaining steadfast, knowing that God hastens His Word to perform it. Stand on the Word. Believe the Word. Even if it looks impossible, trust what He has spoken.
The responsibility to fulfill the Word is His; your part is simply to stand. When you stand, He will bring it to pass.

It is the Word that transforms your life.
Everything changes when the light of God’s instruction enters your heart, for the entrance of His Word gives light and understanding to the simple. Fear loses its grip when your life is rooted in the Word.

Continue in what God has spoken. Hold fast to the promises He has given you. God has declared His Word concerning your life from heaven. Stand on that Word. Meditate on it. Build your entire life upon it.

GOD WILL ALWAYS DO YOU GOOD
(Wisdom for the day - Bishop Mike Okonkwo)

“For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed, but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee.” Isaiah 54:10 (KJV)

One thing that we must be confident in as children of God, especially in these last days, is that we are partakers of a divine order enacted upon the precious blood of the only begotten Son of God, Jesus Christ. An order wherein the enemy cannot level any accusations against us because our High Priest constantly makes intercession for us.

Therefore, on the strength of this covenant in His blood, God is obligated to take care of you. He takes your case personally and ensures that you are victorious, irrespective of what your challenges are. In fact, according to His word, He has already perfected all that concerns you. Not some, not few, but all! Do you know why? It is because God is your Father!

Apostle Paul highlighted this in his epistle to the Romans in Romans 8:15: “For ye have not received the spirit of bo***ge again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.” (KJV‬‬). This Scripture describes the relationship you now have with God because of Jesus. Your relationship is no longer a distant one; it is now intimate. You must never forget this. He is your Father, and He has accepted you in His beloved.

Rather than speak the wrong words when faced with a challenge, speak the words of your Father. Your Father is favourably disposed to dispense only good to you, and you must leverage on this relationship. He loves you with an everlasting love and has inscribed you upon the palm of His hands, where no evil can touch you.

Therefore, evil shall continually bow before you. The wicked shall bow at your gate. God will fight your battles. He will shut the mouth of the enemy and silence the voice of the wicked. The glory of God shall be seen upon you.

TOPIC: THERE ARE WONDERS IN THE WORD

“Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.” - Psalm 119:18

Beloved, there are wonders in the Word! And when you become addicted to that Word, you yourself become a wonder. You begin to walk in the supernatural, because that is God’s plan for His covenant children.

At a time like this, it is crucial that you anchor your life on the Word of God. Everything else is failing. Nations are shaking. Systems are collapsing.

Predictions, calculations, and expert analyses are proving helpless. But there is one thing that has never failed and will never fail: the infallible, errorless, impregnable, and authoritative Word of God.

Get addicted to this Word and you will never regret it. This is the hour to stay hooked to scripture. Connect to the Word of God and you will see that Word become flesh in your life.
When Jesus prayed for the church, He declared:
“I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil… Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.” (John 17:15–17)

To sanctify means to set apart. God uses His Word as the instrument to mark you out from the happenings around you. In the midst of challenges, it is the operation of the Word that separates you from the experiences of others.

The word sanctify also means “to make uncommon.” It means you are not to be tossed around like the rest of the world. While others are saying, “There is a casting down,” you declare, “There is a lifting!” When the world says there is no hope, you boldly proclaim that the hope we have in Christ “maketh not ashamed.” (Romans 5:5)

When others accept defeat, you announce: “No, I am victorious!” Because the Word of God has set you apart.

Romans 4:1-21
1 What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found?
2 For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.
3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.
4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.
5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
6 Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,
7 Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.
8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.
9 Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness.
10 How was it then reckoned? when he was in circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision.
11 And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also:
12 And the father of circumcision to them who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which he had being yet uncircumcised.
13 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.
14 For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect:
15 Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.
16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,
17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.
18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.
19 And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb:
20 He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;
21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.

TOPIC: CELEBRATE THE WORD

“I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil.” - Psalm 119:162
Beloved, all the treasures of gold and silver in this world cannot compare with the hidden treasures buried in the Word of God. Scripture tells us that in Christ “are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” (Colossians 2:3).

Everything you will ever need for life, victory, and dominion is encoded in the Word.

The Psalmist declares that he rejoices at God’s Word, he celebrates it the way a conqueror celebrates unimaginable spoil. And truly, the Word is worth far more than any earthly treasure!

The Word can heal. The Word can deliver. The Word can set you free. The Word can lift you.The Word can overrule on your behalf. The Word can cause you to overtake. The Word can restore all that is lost. The Word can fill your mouth with testimonies.

“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” (Psalm 119:105)
In verse 133, the Psalmist continues: “Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.”

Beloved, celebrate the Word. Rejoice in it. Honour it. Build your life upon it. For everything you desire is locked within the pages of scripture, waiting to be revealed by the Spirit of God.

TREM DAILY DEVOTIONAL BY BISHOP MIKE OKONKWO.
WISDOM FOR TODAY
MONDAY - NOVEMBER 17, 2025.

TOPIC: BECOME ADDICTED TO THE WORD OF GOD

“My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” - Proverbs 4:20–23 (KJV)

The wise man, inspired by the Spirit of God, admonishes us to give attention to the Word. God wants us to become so immersed in His Word that it becomes our way of life. The Word should not be something we visit occasionally, it must become our daily obsession.

When we talk about addiction, we refer to something that completely grips a person, a habit or practice one cannot do without. An addicted person always craves the substance of their addiction; they are hooked. That’s how God wants us to relate to His Word, to be hooked on it!

Why should we be addicted to the Word?
The Word has no margin for error. The Word of God is flawless, potent, and precise. It never fails. Everything that exists came into being by the power of the Word. “All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.” (John 1:3). When God speaks, His Word produces exactly what He says.

The Word is Spirit and gives life.Jesus said, “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” (John 6:63). The Word operates in the spirit realm, the realm that governs the natural. When you are full of the Word, you are full of life, energy, and divine vitality.

The Word is settled forever. The Word of God cannot be altered, rigged, or violated. It is eternally established. “For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.” (Psalm 119:89). That means no circumstance, no demon, and no system of man can overturn what God has declared.

Beloved, build an addiction for the Word. Crave it daily. Feed on it until it consumes your thoughts, your speech, and your actions. The more you stay in the Word, the more the Word shapes your world.

TOPIC: THE WORD OF GOD WILL GIVE YOU TOTAL VICTORY.

“And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.” - Luke 10:41–42 (KJV)

When Jesus visited the home of Mary and Martha, both sisters responded to His presence differently. Martha was busy with many things, but Mary chose to sit at Jesus’ feet and listen to His Word. At that moment, Mary made a life-changing choice, she chose the one thing that truly matters: the Word of God.

Beloved, we live in a time when many things are failing, economies are shaking, businesses are shutting down, and people are overwhelmed by fear, sickness, and uncertainty. Yet, in the midst of all this, one thing remains steadfast and unshakable, the Word of God.

Scripture says, “And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.” (John 1:5). No matter how thick the darkness around you may seem, the light of God’s Word will always shine brighter.

Sadly, many believers today are like Martha, busy with life, yet neglecting the very Word that brings victory. The Word of God is not just information; it is divine power, therapy, and life. It is the only sure foundation for lasting peace, health, and success.

Mary chose the Word, and that decision positioned her above the storms of life. When you make the same choice, you, too, will always come out on top. You will not go under. The Word will lift you.

The Bible declares: “My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” (Proverbs 4:20–23 KJV)

Beloved, the Word of God is your key to total victory. Whatever battle you face today, go to the Word, it will illuminate your path, strengthen your faith, and guarantee your triumph!

In a world filled with uncertainty, insecurity, hopelessness, and bloodshed, it is vitally important that our lives be anchored on what is unshakable. We must build our lives on something that cannot be moved: the Word of God.

Don’t be among those who trivialize the very thing that guarantees stability and victory in life. Many treat the Word of God lightly, some question its relevance, others distort its meaning, and many simply neglect it. But the truth is this:

“The natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God… because they are spiritually discerned.” (1 Corinthians 2:14).

God means exactly what He says, and says exactly what He means.

When Jesus visited Martha and Mary, Mary sat at His feet and listened to His words, while Martha was busy with serving. Martha became frustrated and complained, “Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? Tell her to help me.” But Jesus gently corrected her: “Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. But one thing is needful…”

Beloved, many things may be troubling your heart right now, financial pressures, family issues, health concerns, or the uncertainty of the times. But Jesus is reminding you: One thing is needful.
The Word of God is that one essential thing.

When you make God’s Word your priority, you will find peace in the midst of chaos. The Word has no margin for error; it never fails. Everything else may fade, but what is built on the Word will endure. Like Mary, choose that good part today, sit at His feet, hear His Word, and let it shape your heart and future.

Matthew 7:24-26
24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:

John 6:63
63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
