Mark 11:22-22
Abiding faith(God's kind of faith)
Faith is God's nature. It is faith that God used to bring the word into existence. Faith here is the God kind of faith.
God's kind of faith is the in which a person believes in his heart and then says with his mouth what he believes in his heart. And Jesus said when that happens, it will come to pass.
N/B. It was this kind of faith that God used in creating the world. First God in His mind had the picture of the world He wants to create, then He created it by confessing (speaking it into existence) with mouth what He has seen and believe in His heart.
Genesis 1:2-3 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
EVERY BELIEVER HAS FAITH.
Romans 12:3
For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
I. You don't pray for faith.
Sometimes people pray for faith, some people will say I'm fasting for God to me a man of faith. You don't pray or fast for faith cause you already have faith.... You don't fast or pray to become who you are.
Luke 17:5-6 And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.
And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.
ii. Faith is the Divine Nature of God Given to you upon Salvation.
John 1:12
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Revelation 12:11
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. ..
