千手千眼---是念［大悲咒］及修「42手眼法」而證得的威徳神通。

千手千眼：
观世音菩萨为救度无量无边众生，而现千手千眼来救度。以四十二手眼法度化25处众生：

欲界：四恶趣，四州，六欲天。

色界：四禅天，大梵天，五净居天，无想天。

无色界天：空无边处，识无边处，无所有处，非想非非想处。

无碍：显示菩萨的慈悲及超强能力，度化众生毫无障碍。

大悲心：观世音菩萨发宏大慈悲愿力心救度25处众生。

陀罗尼：梵文Dharani 意思是：总摄一切法，持有无量义。
